Friendly Reminder: Do All The "Childish" Things you want
The fear of being childish is, in itself a childish fear that we can and must learn to outgrow. If you like something targeted for kids, that is okay. Just because you're an adult doesn't mean you forget how to be a kid.
So buy gel pens and and glitter glue and construction paper. You don't have to be in elementary school to do little art projects with crayons or finger paint or wavy scissors, adults need self expression just as much as kids if not more.
Watch cartoons. Put stickers on your wall and your phone and your ceiling. Decorate your driveway with sidewalk chalk. Eat Gushers and Gogurt and drink chocolate milk. Sleep with stuffed animals and pillow pets if it's comforting. Want a little doll with tiny assets and bendable joints just to see how many poses you can put it in? Do it. Do it all.

It's ok.
Life sucks, it sucks so much sometimes, and it's overwhelming and it's hard to talk about. It's valid to feel like that, look at the world we live in, look at your personal life. Being human can suck sometimes. And you've probably heard everything under the sun - drink more water, do some exercises, try meditation - but it doesn't work or have the impact that it needs to have.
That's ok. It's ok. Sometimes you just have to sit with it, make peace with it, and gently set it aside once you've recovered.

Jeong Sumin is that one toxic bestie we've all had. She hates all your friends, because she thinks that means that you don't want her anymore. She will manipulate you, leave you in the lurch, and cover it up with sweet words and crocodile tears.
Sumin thought Jiwon was weak and couldn't make friends aside from her. So she used this to her advantage.
I can personally attest to having people like that in my life. And I can also say that I left them, to find a whole new group of friends who made me feel comfortable in my own skin.
So to anyone who's got this sort of person in their life, please remember, the trash will take itself out. Please branch out, increase your social circle and they will remove themselves automatically.

It's okay if you didn't watch some series/ movies that many other people did.
It's okay if you didn't have the time/ energy to do something for yourself today.
It's okay if you can't/ don't want to go out due to multiple reasons.
It's okay if you don't feel like socializing/ getting out of your room sometimes.
It's okay if you feel like sleeping all day.
It's okay if you feel sad/ angry/ disappointed/ scared...
Your feelings are valid. They are real, it's not just in your head. I see you, I understand you. You're worth everything that's good in the world. You're not alone. Never will be.
As someone who’s aroace spec who does feel a bit of romantic attraction, here’s some older brother advice to any other aroace spec people who like romance but don’t feel the attraction a lot.
No butterflies in your stomach? That’s perfectly fine, yknow? At the end of the day, if your partner makes you feel at peace, safe, remembered, content, then your heart not racing when they’re around is not a big deal. If they kiss you and you don’t feel jittery, but you feel calm, happy, taken care of, then that’s love. Love doesn’t have to be ground breaking emotions and physical sensations, love can be wanting someone in your future forever, love can be falling asleep in someone’s arms, love can be many things, and the lack of typical physical sensations doesn’t mean you can’t love.
If you love your partner but they don’t give you butterflies, that’s okay. Butterflies mean nothing when compared to feeling secure, understood, loved, acknowledged, etc.
Love’s about wanting the best for someone and walking hand in hand to make it happen for you both. It’s about having someone who cares about you to come home to at the end of the day.
