People wants to see them fight, we seen those memes and arguments over and over again, well, I agree, I want to see them fight, work together, make out heavily in the middle of the spar, look at the stars for fate, hanging out in Rodorio Village, and for Shaka to slap away Evil Saga to the subconscious in middle of sex in the Pope’s Chambers to bring back regular Saga, what a night.

There is a strong sense of mutual, natural respect between them, during the Hades arc. I have a theory that Shaka taught Saga the “taking 5 senses” technique because both were curious and had an interest in each other that Saga was willing to learn from Shaka - rare for Saga to do. This makes Shaka’s heart doki doki beyond his control. To him, it was the biggest praise and honour and compliment that Pope Saga got an eye with him.

I could see Shaka as well as almost anyone had a crush on Saga, Shaka’s crush still continues, even after years of understanding the way Saga is, despite disagreeing with some aspects, Shaka had always accepted him.
