How do people work out a schedule? I make a hundred and never follow them

So, I'm bored, it's almost nine thirty pm, I am alone in my home as of currently, and I was wondering if I should try and get a sort of daily schedule/routine going? I have nothing better to do so yeah

When our sleep schedules are so different that I have had 3 breakdowns by the time he wakes up and fast asleep again when he's actually getting his stuff done.
