update: sweets really do always help you make friends :) i brought sweets for the group i was studying with during the first week of classes, and now we have a goofy groupchat and we're carpooling to a Halloween theme park after exams in a few weeks :)
(we're already friends, but i still like to bring sweets to our study sessions/to sneak under the desks during lecture)

random scorbus headcanon: albus has asthma, and scorpius always carries an extra inhaler with him at all times bc he’s so so scared that albus will have an asthma attack and forget his inhaler
now i’m imagining an angsty scenario where a particularly cruel bully takes his inhaler while he’s having an attack. and scorpius loses it. the bully is disarmed and scorpius’ wand is at his throat in a split second and the crowd that gathered to watch are fucking terrified. because they’ve been calling him “son of voldemort” and “deatheater spawn” for years. but this is the first time he’s ever looked like he’s going for blood.
and then he cradles a gasping albus ever-so-gently and helps him breathe in the medicine. the crowd parts around them as he helps albus up to the hospital wing. they’re left alone for the rest of term
Rose: So you’re telling me I’m supposed to squeeze this stress ball and not just throw it at whoever is stressing me out?
Albus: *putting an ice pack on Scorpius's eye* Yes!
Should I go see Harry Potter and the Cursed Child again? No.
Am I going to go see it again anyways? Hell yeah.
I got a brilliant idea for a fanfic: Scorpius is a werewolf, got bitten when he was super young, that's why Draco and Astoria keep him in Malfoy manor all the time. He hides it pretty similar to the way Remus hid being a werewolf in ATYD, pretends to be sick and sleep at the hospital wing but is really in the shrieking shack. and eventually albus finds out, possibly becomes an Animagus to keep him company (just like Sirius, James and peter, but I'm not sure about that part) and then eventually albus is looking all over to find a cure to being a werewolf to help Scorp, figures it out and finds a cure (IDC if it's impossible) and finally be known as something other than Harry's disappointing son, he finally becomes well known for what HE did and not what his father did. And the tally marks on Scorpius's wand, which is his soul counting the days till Hogwarts or self-harm, will be the number of full moons he's had to endure.
i have had this idea for a fic for months but i suck at writing, if anyone wants to write it and give me idea credits lmk!
