Indoors is Penelope Garcia, a blonde woman wearing black and red glasses and a purple necklace. She looks at something out of focus in the foreground and talks to herself. White subtitles read: "Come on baby, come on."

In a library is Spencer Reid, a brunette man wearing a blue-black sweater over a white button-up and tie. Penelope Garcia, a blonde woman wearing a dark top and blue butterfly clip in her hair watches as he speaks. White subtitles read: "You know, older buildings like this"

Penelope turns, hands held slightly up at her sides and eyes wide. White subtitles read: "it wreaks havoc with your emotions, inducing fear, panic, and dread,"

Spencer walks to the left and speaks, finishing by flattening his lips into a line. White subtitles read: "hence the feeling of being haunted."

Penelope looks at Spencer out of the corner of her eye as he approaches and speaks. Yellow subtitles read: "What about the visions?"

Spencer speaks and looks down. White subtitles read: "Your eyes overcompensate for what your ears are missing."

Spencer nods and looks back up, speaking. White subtitles read: "That said, I do know a three-year-old boy"

Spencer speaks, raising his brows, then walks to the left. Penelope looks on with her mouth open. White subtitles read: "that once met a friendly apparition named Leverett Saltonstall."

Penelope's expression of surprise turns into a smile and she walks forward as Spencer sits down. Yellow subtitles read: "He was nice?" and below them, white subtitles read: "Very nice."

Self-fulilling prophecies are one of my favorite kind of prophecies.

The person(s) that hear the prophecy do everything in their power to prevent the prophecy from coming to pass but instead bring it to fruition through their actions or inactions.

Various leaders of the Jedi Council (the highest religious authority!) very much believe that Anakin is their prophesied savior but they harbor such an intense personal dislike for a nine year old that they just kind of shrug it off and quietly disregard that part of their doctrine. Like, WHAT
