Okay!!!! WHY did none of the posts about the page from the book of bill where he talks to Ford about his dimension NOT show the page before???

Because. Like. GUYS. It's FORD SHARING ABOUT HIS FAMILY AND HIS PAST AND BEING VULNERABLE about it (he only tells Bill about Stan then!!! It's clearly a sensitive topic, even if he likes to come off all blustery about being mad at Stan) and THAT'S when Bill shares about his own home dimension. He's mirroring Ford's vulnerability about his own family and home, through relating to him, because they're similar. And they ARE! They're BOTH the culprit of taking that strained relationship a bit further and ruining it (accidentally in Bill's case, and through anger in Ford's), and they're BOTH excusing their behaviour of ruining it, Bill even egging on Ford's excuse. And it's heavily implied here that they both underneath wish they didn't ruin the relationship, but it's buried underneath a thick layer of denial. Like. Christ. They're a perfectly toxic match on that regards.
