When Somebody is talking shit….

i come from twitter because i was suspended for some reason (?)

But tumblr is too nice so I feel like I can't talk shit

As much as I think that I'm doing better rn, less nervous and more confident, I have to say one thing thats still never changes since I was a teen is constant over thinking that's slowly grows into paranoia.

Im really tired second guessing everything and everybody.

Im really wanna let go, it's so ridiculous that I have to talk to my self out loud "it dosen't matter, this does not affect your life! You a grow person stop acting crazy" but I can't

THE WAY my mind creates a whole ass reasons/scenarios for me why this is happend and why its my fault, in literal seconds is just insane
