The next morning, the boys headed to Hogan's Hoagies for breakfast. As they entered the diner, Nebulon caught a glimpse of Jill Smith and swooned. Although, it seems he was developing romantic feelings of his own for someone else. Finally found a mod that lets me pick my students and my teachers! Tycho is in Neb's class, while his other friends can be seen in the hallways T-posing or studying in the cafeteria. Two new faculty members have also joined the school! Tatania Summerdream is teaching History and Tycho's uncle, Vidcund Curious, has taken the role of science teacher.

Neb worked up the courage to sit at the senior's table at lunch and talk to his crush, Jill Smith. They chatted about the upcoming Winterfest break and their family plans. He worked up the courage to flirt with her and got the impression that she might like him too. When Neb got home, he was still wide awake, his thoughts consumed by Jill. He decided to go to his favourite place in Strangerville, where the stars looked their brightest. At the New Year's Eve party, he had flirted with Jill, and her responses made him feel like she might like him back. He couldn't stop replaying the moment when she pulled him into that hug and whispered in his ear, her breath warm against his skin. He had seven days to complete his New Year's resolution, and after tonight with Jill, he felt like he might be able to make it happen. As he looked up at the night sky, he felt like anything was possible.
