As someone who's seen their share of head damage, both litteral and mental

I reblog, never had problem with this specifically but I like it's meaning

relearning new skills is ok and good

relearning its ok to ask for help skill regression it happens mine was with complex things but relearning both are equally valid easy-hard is a scale for a reason its not a grading system but an adjective system have a nice day :^)
