I picked humming and singing cuz I do that most but bro- I do all three of the middle ones. I repeat letters and words constantly. like I’ll get stuck on a word while reading and I make SO many nonverbal noises. I’ll randomly start scatting sorta- like ‘wapadabadoopdadila’ or sum shit lmao I sing and record a lot and since I do it so much… I have to test often to see how deep my voice can still go. so I accidentally got into the habit of just humming really deep. like ‘Hm.. Hm…’ over and over. and I just. do that now- like constantly- I also do this weird sort of whistle with my tongue?? I’ve done it since 2nd grade lol. but yeah otherwise it’s just singing and humming 24/7 lol.
