It really does look like a Slavic uniform… That makes sense since CBA takes place before 1985
the re-establishment of Lithuanian indpeendance happened on 1990
So during Billy’s time Lithuania would still be under Russian occupation
so yeah! makes sense that they have slavic uniforms lol
