Things HD and I have written that would make BNHA better:

Izuku being Quirkless and STAYING THAT WAY, still managing to become a hero with his intelligence and creation of support items that help him in various ways (also give him a sword).

Actually addressing the fact that Izuku is still traumatized from being bullied for like 10-ish years, something Hori made clear in the beginning of the series but abandoned.

On that note, the series realistically holding Bkg accountable for his actions so he can have actual character development and not this forced/imaginary bullshit Hori keeps shoving down our throats- But not at the cost of Izuku’s protagonist status.

On that note again, Izuku having to address his anger issues (i.e. he doesn’t express it in healthy ways and tends to ignore it until it explodes) because he associates anger with Bkg and his shitty behavior, rather than acknowledging it as a normal, human emotion.

Ochako continuing to have good development without downplaying it to “gurl have crush = only motivation”.

Getting rid of the sexism and the blatant sexualization of minors in the series.

Autistic Representation in characters (Izuku, Iida, etc)

No more kr.bk q-slur baiting since Kr wouldn’t randomly be attached to Bkg’s nutsack for no apparent reason.

Having Izuku address the flaws in Hero Society and distancing himself from just ‘being another All Might’, instead redefining and challenging what it means to be a hero and genuinely helping society as a whole.

More Class 1-B exposure.

Making it clear that victims DO NOT need to forgive their abusers.

Shigaraki developing into a better counterpoint/nemesis for Izuku that doesn’t focus on Afo/Ofa.
