Spot Conlon look alike

So I saw this guy at IHOP today and he looked exactly looked like spot Conlon from the movie and musical newsies and I'm not OK I took a picture of him and compared him to the actor...he was like my dream man sadly I will never see him again or know his name or anything about him.. well there goes my dreams...I will post a picture of him later....

As said the guy who I saw at IHOP who looks like spot Conlon if anyone knows who he is please tell me XD
