The S.T.A.R.S. Squad As Parents

—Albert Wesker—

He wants nothing to do with children and prefers to stay as far away from them as possible. Even the thought of having one is repugnant to him. He has other, more important things on his mind than taking care of a child. But if, against all odds, he does become a father, then he'd be the strict, controlling kind. He would monitor their diet, set a whole lot of strict rules and always keep an eye on them. Provided he cares about them in any way or is aware of their existence.

—Chris Redfield—

Chris would be a great father. He has some experience when it comes to raising children and instinctively knows what to do. The first few weeks after the baby is born may freak him out a little, given that he has never raised a baby before, so it'll take some time for him to adjust to its needs. But he's a fast learner and will happily take some advice from other parents. As soon as Chris is around his little one, he'll go full dad mode and will do the silliest things to make his kid laugh. Such as doing a handstand and making funny faces at them. Hearing his child's laughter melts his heart and immediately makes him forget about his work and the stress that comes with it.

—Jill Valentine—

Jill would be the kick ass mom that everyone on the playground fears. She wouldn't take any shit from anyone and teach her kid how to defend itself; both physically and verbally. Valentine jr. would be like a miniature version of their mom, something everyone at S.T.A.R.S. is kinda afraid of. I mean come on, do you really think that the queen of sass wouldn't teach her kid how to be independent and to put others in their place? She's a natural and her parenting skills are pretty good. She may seem strict, but she's actually a very chill mom.

—Joseph Frost—

He's a total disaster. Not in a bad way though, but in a funny, almost endearing way. He's always so worried that he might do something wrong. That's why he's so hesitant to even hold the baby. “But... what if I break it? It's so tiny!” He will seek advice from his fellow S.T.A.R.S. colleagues Barry, Enrico and Kenneth. I mean who else if not them? But once he got used to this whole fatherhood thingy, he'll be the funniest, most laid back father you've ever seen. He's also a pro at entertaining his kid with his magic tricks.

—Brad Vickers—

Just like Joseph, Brad would be one hell of a nervous, overprotective mess. Even long before the little one is born, he would overthink everything and anything he does and make up the most craziest "What if"-scenarios in his head. He needs a lot of reassurance and patience, especially after the little one is born. He feels really bad because he really wants to help you, but doesn't know how. Which is funny, because his instincts tell him exactly what to do, if wasn't for his anxiety. Just take him under your wing and l watch him slowly settle into his new role.

—Enrico Marini—

Enrico is an expert when it comes to raising children. He has two sons and just like his fellow fathers, Barry and Kenneth, he knows literally everything about raising children and how to deal with their temper tantrums. He's not as overprotective as his younger S.T.A.R.S. colleagues, but he's definitely stricter than them and wouldn't think twice about grounding his children or even taking away their consoles. But he would not raise his voice at them. One look is enough and they know that they're in a heap of trouble.

—Richard Aiken—

Hands down, Richard is not only husband material but also awesome father material. He's so gentle and sweet and just made for this role. Even when the little one was still in the womb, he would talk and sing to them for hours. Making sure they are used to his voice and would recognize it after they are born. He's also a pro in calming the baby down when its crying. He would just climb into the crib and have them lay on his chest, humming lullabies until they both fall asleep.

—Forest Speyer—

Forest is the 'cool dad' that teaches his kid all kinds of nonsense. Mostly for his own entertainment. He may seem a little careless when it comes to handling his kid, *cough* holding them upside down by the foot *cough*, but to everyone's horror surprise, the little one really likes it. They're always giggling when he does that and literally begging to be held like this. He even gets his kid and himself matching outfits.

—Rebecca Chambers—

Rebecca is the sweet and super careful mom, that would read all kinds of books about pregnancy, proper parenting, teething and how to detect what the child might want, before the child is even born. She likes to be prepared and ensure that she can 'understand' her baby and fulfill its needs. Rebecca will get the kid all kinds of cute onesies, toys and stuffed animals. Mainly because she finds them so darn adorable and also because she has little to no self control when it comes to buying cute things. She just can't help it. Every time she visits the RPD, her kid wears a different onesie. Much to everyone's delight.

—Edward Dewey—

Edward is the big, scary looking dad who's biggest weakness is, you guessed it, his kid. Like, he literally cannot say "No" to anything they ask him. They literally have him wrapped around their little finger and can make him do everything for them. Dressing up in a summer dress and have a tea party with them? Hell yeah! Letting his kid put make-up and glitter nail polish on him and make him sing the Barbie Girl song with them? You bet! Papa Bear Ed gives the best cuddles and doesn't mind having them use him like a jungle gym.

—Kenneth Sullivan—

Is the prime example of a soft Papa Bear. Just like Edward, he looks intimidating at first, but is actually the sweetest guy ever. Can and will carry all of his kids at the same time and loves giving them piggyback rides. He also teaches them self-defence at a young age and enrols them in martial arts clubs. Kenneth loves his kids more than anything and tries to spend as much time as possible with them, knowing it could be the last time for either a long time or forever.
