i was told this by a college recruiter at national portfolio day btw
it was wild
this was when i was doing surreal realistic oil paintings n stuff in high school
i was interested in painting and illustration specifically too
it wasnt like asking for advice for burnout or anything
she just freaked out when she saw the amount of effort/time i had put in
