I just wanted to say that I very recently stumbled across your Chrollo yandere analysis and completely fell in love. I’ve binge read all of your writings for him and just want to say thank you!!

The way that you write him is so haunting, unsettling and wildly attractive! I can’t wait to keep reading ♡

mr chrollo sure is a character… he is like a seastorm and you never know when the tides will swoop in, much the less what lurks underneath the seawater. could be jewels, relics of the past, an existential crisis… you never know what’s going to happen. that’s the thrill of it, i think. darling never knows what he is going to do next, how much he knows, and that adds to the lucilferhorror™️ experience. even he doesn’t know what he is going to do, deep down, as he has no sense of identity himself.

psychological horror is a huge love of mine, so hopefully i’ll be able to do it justice in later works with chrollo and other characters! there is just this fear of the unknown that is so tempting to write for…

especially when it comes to hier encore darling, i feel that her relationship with chrollo definitely has some psychological horror potential. she’s definitely going to be returning soon and that’s one of the many reasons she is! just a conniving protagonist combined with a just as conniving antagonist… my pride and joy of a trope. my favorite wine, literal ambrosia from the yandere gods themselves… nom nom. gulp gulp.

she’s gonna be in for hell when she does return, though…

yan chrollo is often just blursed to write, he's been a favorite of mine for..... almost four years now! time really flies by.... i'm getting old, soon i'll have all grey and white hair and bake cookies for neighbors and knit little dog and cat sweaters in my vegetable garden. but hopefully it's much farther away than i think! cottagecore grandma disney princess era has yet to arise. but when that comes! oh boy, i'll frolic with the deer and rabbits and forage for pretty pine leaves in mid-autumn.

ahem. back on the topic at hand.

chrollo would be entertained, to say the least. he'd just hit you with a "i can turn you into a worm to test myself" or something. promises to turn you back too, when all of it is over. never actually follows through turning you into a worm, for your sake and for his. he imagines the scenario sometimes though when he is bored (which is like 99.9999% of the time you or the troupe members aren't in the general vicinity of him). as a treat. he deserves it, he thinks.

ah yes. the ultimate trio for the sapphics out there. pakunoda, machi, and shizuku. the dream women, minus all their murderous tendencies. they’d treat their love interest well i think, but there is still plenty of manipulation that goes on behind the scenes, whether that be threats of physical violence (in mostly machi’s case but also shizuku’s) or more subtle signs that break down the reader’s esteem slowly (in paku’s case, but also somewhat machi’s too).

the request was honestly really fun to right for! i love writing for relationships that seem fine from the surface but once you dig deeper… it really isn’t all that pretty.

Do u write for Johan from monster? If so, what is your yandere version of him? I always think of him as the type who would impregnate his darling to make it difficult for her to escape and gain some sort of control over her but I’m very excited to know about yours I’m sure it would be interesting😁

my actual reaction whenever someone talks about johan with me irl or otherwise:

honestly though? i would only see him doing that as a last resort. johan is many things, but willing to share is not one of them, despite the carefully crafted persona he puts on saying otherwise. in my opinion, johan is the type of yan to observe you live out your day to day life, except with a few of his own horrific twists thrown into the mix.

if he did do that though, he would pretend to be a great father, ignoring your attempts to distance him from the child as much as possible. he’ll sneak into your home once the child is put to rest, caressing your shoulders as you freeze, not knowing whether to abandon your home or to stay. either way, johan will always be one step ahead of you.

I’ve been good so far this summer! Catching up on reading, attempting to finish Baldur’s Gate 3/Bustafellows, starting Wuthering Waves, improving my cooking/baking skills… it’s definitely been a great few months!

My break ended in July, so I’ve just been typing away when I’m not at work… even though I love my job, it can be a hassle sometimes…

i may have implied it before, but i am actually a science teacher! i like helping others, so i'm content with the job (at least for now until i become a licensed therapist). my second choice for a job would easily be working at a bookstore though!

my children!! my beautiful offspring...

this is my youngest dog. she’s chaos incarnate, it’s like she was the tasmanian devil in her past life or some shit. she’s very sweet though, i love her <3 what she doesn’t have in braincells she makes up with by being adorable.

this is the dog with all the braincells. i look at her and i know she has a consciousness. she dislikes people and animals and just wants to sleep. honestly relatable. introvert through and through.

kitties one and two. neither of them have enough braincells to function in the wild, but i know in at least the younger one (on the left) can meow her way into someone else’s arms. they’re both 10+ years old though, so their minds being affected isn’t really a surprise.

oh no... i have way too many ships in my head, but i guess the one i'm narrowing down on is ratio x aventurine?

i feel like aventurine and ratio are both black coffee drinkers/addicts. they won't go to sleep until the other is asleep. it's an infinite tug of war. aventurine won't do it because someone betted he wouldn't, or he wants to see ratio fall asleep for once. ratio won't do it because he's working, or he wants to see aventurine fall asleep for once. idk. they both seem like insomniacs/workaholics.

i honestly don't like abo fanfiction. it's not really my cup of tea personally, so i tend to avoid fics with that AU in them. it's cool if other people like it though!

-> somehow i managed to get through high school in one of the top scholars' programs, become popular, and even have my own fanclub that was recognized by even the principal. it was called "the aya fanclub society" and three of my best friends were the president, queen, and king respectively. ah. those were the days. making even the straightest girls gay for me. i never really dated anyone though? i think i'm just too picky when it comes to relationships, despite everyone wanting a piece of me back then lol. i felt like hannah montana having a double life.

-> i'm a the creme shop fanatic. i love cute stuff and their products are very good on my skin! i often also find them discounted so i can save a little coin. i've never really had a breakout ever since i started using the brand two(ish) years ago. (please do not use their products if you are allergic though!)

-> my favorite shirts ever are this mindflayer shirt i got off amazon AND OFFICAL MITSKI MERCH I GOT AT HER CONCERT THIS YEAR! my older sister spent a fortune, but she was happy i was happy. smiles are worth more than gold sometimes.

-> as a thirteen-year-old i had really big crushes on the dilf type characters from DC. deathstroke. ra's al ghul. vandal savage. lex luthor somehow???

-> my comfort movies are la la land, batman (1989), the aristocats, legally blonde, the wailing, the lego batman movie, heathers: the musical (even though it may not count as a movie), little women (2019), coraline, kubo and the two strings, kiki's delivery service, howl's moving castle, and ponyo. horror/thriller movies always somehow influence my life EOFNORNFCRORNFRK.

-> i actually dislike sweetened drinks. my friends are always shocked when i tell them that. i like my coffee black. i like my tea unsweetened with no milk or anything. one of my online friends said "you not liking sweet drinks goes against everything i know about you" and i think that sums up the effect pretty well. i... also don't really like chocolate or ice cream. sorry.

-> my favorite colors are black, pink, and green! as for my least favorite... yellow, orange, and brown. just... no.

-> i play multiple instruments! electric violin, acoustic guitar (a gift from my late grandpa), and some piano. i also am a black belt in tae kwon do... if that counts for anything o-o

-> carrot fries, but only when i make them. i put olive oil, paprika, goya adobo seasoning (literally the only thing my mom seasons with), salt, and garlic powder. 390 F for 10-15 minutes. perfection. now i have night vision. i usually serve mine with mustard or ketchup.

-> peanut butter stuffed pretzels. (almond butter ones are fine but to me they just taste... saltier?)

-> strawberry coconut yogurt. especially with granola <3 sometimes i put apple slices and vanilla protein powder in it too!

-> tostones (essentially fried mashed plantains) are something i can't live without. especially fresh! my grandma used to make them for me whenever i visited... i miss her (she's not dead dw, she just lives far away).

-> sparkling water. don't yuck my yum, i actually find them very refreshing. bonus points if they have a slight fruity flavor (like me). my favorite by far is chi forest's white peach one. can't go wrong, especially during the summer. alas... i have been called old because of my strong love for this beverage.

-> black tea and black coffee. once again, i have been called old because i like bitter things sometimes. sometimes in my coffee i'll put a little creamer, but my tea stays unsweetened and uncreamed.

i don't want to go to hell, so i must confess something (/j). i... actually don't really like dessert, eggs, cheese, or most animal products. especially chocolate, to my sisters' disappointment. the only sweets i like are strawberry flavored, and that includes boba.

school has started up again for me so i am just trying to get my shit together. i'm also attempting to get out of the house more and it's been helping my mental health a lot.

as a side note, i'm getting back into berserk after only reading like... 30 pages. i think. baldur's gate 3 too! i started a new save file and am trying to be morally gray despite my bleeding heart. astarion, shadowheart, and lae'zel approve though. anything for the babygirls. <333

i've been really obsessed with fields of mistria, the final fantasy games, and stardew valley as of late! the first and third said games are really relaxing for me after classes, and my sisters have gotten into them too! i'm a great influence hehe. i've been wanting to finally finish the og final fantasy vii, so maybe i'll do that soon too.

i'm actually playing tears of themis and drinking boba as i type this out. it's not the best of years, but i'm still attempting to vibe as much as i can before the college grind. a shame i still fear driving and riding in cars, i have to walk to the places i want to go dfrfofrjfrofrj... buses aren't the greatest either, but i have less of a dislike for them.

-> i grew up on pokemon and was technically my first anime along with the 4kids dub of yu-gi-oh and the original dub of tokyo mew mew and sailor moon. the black and white series to be more specific, not even indigo league yet. i loved n with all my heart, and my child brain was heartbroken when he was revealed to be the secondary antagonist. he wasn't even the only green haired anime character i had a crush on at the time. kisshu from tokyo mew mew, sailor neptune, and sailor pluto were also awakening the gay in me. long haired men get me.

-> my first ever fanfic ever was when i was like nine or so and i had a dream about yandere yami bakura from yu-gi-oh, british accent and all from the 4kids dub. i since burned the cute flower patterned looseleaf paper in the trenches where it belongs along with other memories from elementary school.

-> my first horror movie ever was coraline, even though it may not seem as scary to fellow horror fans. i was horrified but couldn't stop rewatching it. it was like the ninth circle of hell, there was no escape. shockingly though i didn't find the book as scary? i think there was just a lot more subtle manipulation and gaslighting that went on in the book along with more lore about the other mother and the door to her world. i'm probably gonna see the 3D rerelease in theaters to celebrate the fifteen years it has given me childhood trauma. what goes around comes around, i guess.

-> the first time i ever saw chrollo in the hxh anime, my sisters literally booed and gagged until he wasn't on screen or talking anymore. us three gays were much more interested in the phantom troupe girlies. i'm still a hater, i just enjoy brainrot a little too much. my sisters still make fun of me for hating and loving shitty men.

-> i had a very big vocaloid phase in middle school, my favorite vocaloid being luka and miku because of mothy's seven deadly sins series. mostly because i thought of little animatics in my brain for my OCs. juno was actually originally an OC for final fantasy vii of all things? i was in hyperfixation hell at the time. still am... it just takes on a different form every time my goldfish brain looks at my amazon and steam wishlists.

-> i've been told i'm really pretty like... all of my life. it really helps when the insecurities kick in, i think. people typically make me really happy.

-> i really like my vocabulary, although they are indeed rustier than they were in high school. no more hamlet means no more fancy big words to discover in college, though still reading classic literature on my own volition is more fun than anything i learned in ap english (as much as i loved that class).

-> people say i'm very sweet to them and am just a comforting presence all in all, so i think i'll count that. i also can be somewhat of a jokester with friends, so i'll add that in too.

-> in my experience, i think i'm good at helping people, though that does bleed in with the last bullet point. i love people (at least most of the time orjeorjr), hence why i want to be a therapist.
