I have conflicting feelings about people who test positive for the rona in the morning but don't tell people until the afternoon

cause like on the one hand symptoms are a very real thing and brain fog when sick is also a very real thing so i kinda understand not telling people until later in the day but like :( if you don't have any symptoms then why is your first thought NOT to tell people as soon as you know
