Taking a horrible(like HORRIBLE, all my clothes off nd I needa lock in kind of horrible)shit, w period cramps, and I can taste throw up rn(I can also tell the feeling of having to throw up)

This might actually and GENUINELY be one of my worst shits in the history of shits. Like, higher than the one time I worked out and for hours then had to shit kind of BAD.
