Jack misses his old gramophone. When he was finally able to move back out, after his recovery, there wasn't room for it. He never ended up coming back to get it, though he still has the portable one his parents gifted him when he left for the war. He still couldn't lift it on his own. It's not worth the burden of asking for help. He doesn't think about it much anymore, but he finds it in the back of his mind.

Wylder is treated like an outcast. He is treated as cursed. He is treated as weak. But unfortunately for him, he was made with an innate sense of loyalty inside him. He needs a purpose, a cause. And it hurts, because there is a loyalty still that rings in his ears and yearns still to serve his Coven. Part of him still wants to sacrifice anything for them. But nothing will ever be enough.

Lenora fears abandonment more than anything else. Though she was barely spoken of, her mother's absence was obvious. And then when the crew split up, Barnaby left. She didn't see them for a long time. Now they're together again. She has her own crew, and so many people who love her. And she doesn't talk about it, but she is so entirely afraid of losing it all.
