Privet. It has been while comrades. So. Here I am to be your health reminder. Please be drinking, sleeping, and eating. When it comes to drinking, water is preferred, while sodas, energy drinks, and other high caffeine drinks should be sometimes liquids. Sleep, 8 hour most recommended. Though 6 is functional amount. And for food; for your uncle heavy, please no flesh, explosives, paper products, and othe non consumables. Good food are fruits, meats (not living or human), dairy or dairy substitutes, grain if you can, and vegetables. Candy and sweets should be sometimes foods. Have a pleasant day or night whenever you receive this. Also, if you should not be up: GO TO BED.
