Also even though as a kid Inku/the dark never did anything to him (besides steal his parents) I wouldn’t be surprised if the dark around him had been manipulated to be scary( I don’t think Inku knew where Bart was but she could have cast some spell on him so that the darkness around him was more scary when he was born like a evil darkness godmother) wich would mean at the orchanedge he would probably try to point out how the dark was doing scary things but no one would believe him and just think he was weird for being afraid of something as natural as darkness. Also some of the meaner kids might have tried to use the dark to scare him so that by the time he met mudd and kyborg he was trying to hide the fact that he was afraid of the dark until he knew they wouldn’t make fun of him.

So people being afraid of the dark is an evolutionary thing, and Bart is afraid of the dark when no one else is (that I know of). You could say that’s just a coincidence, or you could say that the other party members family history never involved being in a place where being afraid of the dark was a survival thing (I’m just imagining that in the history of Faeza there was never a period like the earth Stone Age because they had enough magic to be able to protect against stuff and they could live in groups who pooled their magic together to set up defenses). But Bart is afraid of the dark because some part of him subconsciously knew that his parents had been lost to the darkness and this makes his fear so much more unexplainable since people think he’s just being paranoid but then the dark dose attack him and while that would validate him it would probably mean he never got over his fear of the dark and he probably didn’t like whenever his faimly got to close to the dark either.
Ok, but imagine the angst of Kyborgs parents dying on his birthday and him never celebrating it again because it just reminds him of another year he lived without his family. But then he meets the rest of the interns and doesn’t tell him that his family died on his birthday because even though he tells people a lot of his trauma, I don’t think he likes to mention specifics because that’s to personal and at least in the beginning he doesn’t want to get attached to them because he’s afraid of losing people since everyone he’d loved died. But the infinites, specifically Gum Gum keep asking when it was so they could celebrate and he finally got fed up with being asked when his birthday was (and having to rember what happened the last time he celebrated his birthday) and told them why he didn’t celebrate his birthday, and they were really nice about it, and while he never celebrated his birthday properly again, he did get over some of the sadness and it was just a kind of a more emotional day for him that he spends remembering his family.
I was thinking about how Kyborgs family died when he was really young and then I remembered he was an elf and he lived to 750ish, and his parents died when he was somewhere between 4 and 6 so he didn’t even get to be with his faimly for one hundredth of his life before they died, and when he died he wouldn’t have seen his family for about 740-745 years
I was talking about Chip with my friend and I don’t know how this came up but could anyone see a dentist AU with Chip and Carrol. Chip would be the dentists assistant who just comes and checks on your braces or just kind of says hello and talks about how great the main dentist Ms. Haney is and how did you know she’s actually his wife and she’s so cool. And then Carol comes in to do the dentist stuff and is just the coolest nicest person ever.
(I don’t know how the rest of the part fits into this but I know they do)

I didn’t have plain green yarn so I used this but, my reasoning for using it is that he would probably have a bunch of scars and the white parts are the scars. The big white thing on his face is just from a squadron explosion that burned him really badly or just cut him up so bad that that happened to him. I will give him clothes but I want to sew them so I can change them and I’m not that good at sewing so it might take a while

These are my headcanons on how the different TFTSD characters would eat/react to spicy food
• Bart would have probably had a lot of it on his travels on the Jebidiabh, and he would enjoy it and not even have that much of a reaction, but he wouldn’t try to eat more than he could handle
• Mudd would have also grown up around it, but think he wouldn’t really like spicy foods and even though he grew up around it he would try not to eat it, but if he did he’d probably look kind of annoyed, but be fine
• Gum Gum would probably be fine with it, to him food is food and he probably wouldn’t have any reaction, and eat really spicy foods that kyborg dared him to eat but just have no reaction and annoy kyborg
• Kyborg would have never had spicy food before he met Mudd and Bart and probably try to act cool but once the spice hit him he would start shouting for water and saying his throat was on fire, he wouldn’t avoid it though, he’d just keep trying it and saying that he wouldn’t freak out this time
Headcannons on how people would react to spicy food part 2
• Chip would probably not eat spicy stuff that much but he would say that it doesn’t affect him because he’s fire resistant and somehow that translates into food, but if he did eat it he’d probably be like kyborg where he’d think it’s fine for a second and then start shouting that it’s burning his throat and this shouldn’t be happening since he’s fire resistant
• Elga would also not have eaten that much of it since she doesn’t eat food, but if hot sauce got hidden in her blood, she’d probably be a bit surprised and maybe drink some more blood to get rid of the spice but be otherwise fine
• Matheide can’t eat food since they’re a ghost and I don’t know that much about their past but they seem like the kind of person to eat a ghost pepper and just have no reaction whatever, and I don’t think they would dislike spicy stuff, but they wouldn’t try to get more
• Barney seems like the kind of guy to only eat bland food so I think he’d be surprised that spicy stuff even existed, but he’d hate it and try to get water, but really slowly because he’s slow in general and I just imagine him shouting that it’s really spicy and he needs water and then moving as slowly as possible twords the nearest water source

I’m not completely happy with the design I use for Brink, but I don’t really have other ideas, I just like other people’s designs better
This is my test body for gum gum, I’ll need to make the stitches a bit neater on the real one and add details but he’s almost ready
I always imagined the food in the witherviens to be bland because all I can think of them having is fish and maybe marsh grass and I think of that as bland (I don’t really like fish and haven’t had it in a while though so I don’t know how flavorful it can be) but if the food was bland then they’d probably try to spice it up to make it more enjoyable and that’s where the spice would come from.

I finally finished Gum Gum, and I gave up on using different patterns so he’s going to be the same size as everyone else
Since I can’t really write or art, I was thinking of trying to make puppet videos for kyborg week with my mini-kyborg. Depending on how fast I can work, I might be able to make brinkborg stuff or act out fanfic but I’d probably just make them in the same way the actual puppet videos work.
This is partially takes from a headcanon I have for another character, but I feel like mudd would like doing a lot of chores. He might not like doing dishes, just because I feel like he would have sensory issues, but as a kid I think he would have had no opportunity to do that sort of stuff for himself, and as an adult he would enjoy being able to live life on his own and do things like sweep the floors, or clean up after Gumbo, or do laundry, just because I think it would give him a feeling of having control over his own life and also I think he would find the things that aren’t really smelly or dirty like sweeping calming.
Part 2 of my other thing, but I think that he would love gardening but hate pulling weeds even though he’s not that good at nature originally I think that would be something he trys to learn more about and he would definitely have a garden just to give him more control over his life and what he ate because I think him controlling as much of his life would be really important.
