It's a japanese style banquet hall with warm lights overlooking the night celebration of the country outside.

The back row has: Nekomamushi, Inuarashi, Hiyori, O-kiku, Izo, Denjiro, Sachi, Kawamatsu, Shinobu, Nami, Wanda, Heat, Brook and Usopp

Kin'emon and O-Tsuru are outside and watching the night's festivies

The foreground table has: Marco, Yamato, Kidd, Chopper, Killer, Penguin, Carrot, Drake, Sanji, Jinbei, Wire, Franky, Robin, Toko, Zoro, O-Tsuru Luffy, Law, and Bepo. Momonosuke's in the fore and background, having shifted from dragon to his "older" self off-screen.

There's bickering, hijinks, and no small amount of laughter as they celebrate their victory. There's a large banquet for them as they share. Outside, the night is dark but the lights are bright, there are stalls and food being passed around.
