Random thing I realized last night: so while they were being held captive in the last episode, Cosmo was mostly holding onto Peri alone — Wanda was very much Mama Bear-ing it up yelling at the anti-fairies and trying to get through to Dev, she was talking to her dying son, but she wasn’t touching Peri as much as Cosmo. Normally they’re both equally touchy-feely with Peri

Then I remembered Cosmo was the one who had Peri — he brought Peri into the world and was the first person to hold him

Cosmo was very nearly the last person to hold Peri as he exited the world

(I’m choosing to believe whoever storyboard/animated those scenes thought to themselves “lol what would be the most fucked up and sad way to frame this”)

Shining Through

I've been meaning to post this for a while now, honestly it's one of my favorite pieces thus far. I've been pretty busy these past few months but hopefully I'll be able to start consistently updating more often!
