My anxiety has been horrible today. I was disassociating at work. I've also been having an anxiety/panic attack since about 3:30pm today. Glad to be home so I can try to unwind.

While I was at work yesterday, I had the bright idea that since it was October 1st - I would start a new tradition with myself and watch at least one horror movie a day for the whole month of October!

October 1st my mom and I watched the Netflix movie: #Alive. It was VERY good. We both liked it a lot!
Today's movie - I'm not sure exactly what is in the cards for today but once I get there I'll be sure to post about it!
