just got a text from someone i did not want to hear from, positive vibes only!! #now im pissed.

i just spilled water all over my laptop and i killed it! ugh!

i'd have to say (one of) the most frustrating part(s) of having chronic pain is not knowing what the hell is causing it. is it my spine? my genetics? my bones? my muscles? what about my joints?

how can i know so little about something that affects so much of my life, every single day?
