Loved seeing them have their spotlight in the finale of this spin off! Kimetsu Gakuen was such a huge comfort to me so I’m glad I was able to do draw all this.

By hurting himself, Sanemi hurts Genya by extension, and dooms their siblinghood. Giyū’s isolation and withdrawal from connection and support unintentionally dishonor the memory of Tsutako and Sabito. Likewise, Obanai’s self-punishment over his perceived sins deprives both himself and Mitsuri of a life filled with love and happiness. This demonstrates how the harm we inflict on ourselves not only destroys us but also deeply affects those who care about us.
