I hate it when I feel like I’m being a burden, or like I’m annoying the people around me. But I physically cannot stop myself from constantly talking. The worst is when they don’t respond or leave you on read, like damn if you don’t want to listen please just say that.

Ghandi is confused, but just goes on. He tells Abe that this friend of Abe's with brown hair and whatever other identifiers told him this, and Abe didn't know who he was talking about.
This sort of thing happens for a while and Ghandi thinks he's going insane. Eventually he sees Abe and Topher together and doesn't know whether Topher is real or not
Abe introduces him, confirming that he's real. When Ghandi says this is the guy and asks how he didn't know this was the friend he was talking about, Abe is like 'oh, well when you said friend I wasn't really counting my boyfriend.'
