I feel targeted

“My son turned out fine!”

Ma’am, your daughter calls me “mommy” because she needs the validation and security that comes from a parental figure giving her unconditional love and support for who she is

I’m the big bad mean transgirl that thinks she’s the boss, until a bigger, badder, and meaner transgirl walks in, pushes me down, and puts me in my place 🥴🥴

I want to get top surgery but t scares me like what do you mean it grows like a fucking chia pet

i wish people didn't make it seem like your options for medically transitioning as a nb/gq person are "do nothing" or "the binary opposite of whatever you started with"

This is why I despise infighting so much in communities, especially queer and feminist ones. When they take away rights they’re not nitpicking at specifics. They don’t stop to say “oh this gender a 13 year old trans kid made in their spare time to feel better needs to be illegal”, they see all trans people as a threat.

“protect trans youth” means ALL trans youth. It means the therians and otherkin and dozens of other identities. People need to take a step back and think “hey, do we really want to fight against trans rights because someone wishes they were a wolf?”

tl:dr of all this meaningless rambling; 70 year old white male senators don’t give a shit about micro labels, they just fucking hate trans people.

i dont think this should need to be said but i feel like it's time for a periodic reminder that if your feminism/politics are exclusionary of sex workers and kinksters or other vaguely defined "weird people" you're a shithead and i have no interest in having you around. you cannot build a just society primarily built around the exclusion of specific groups, that just makes you a fascist. same thing goes for prison abolitonists who still want to reserve the right to kill certain "gross" or "wrong" people rather than actually investing in rehabilitative community justice.
