a shorts version of the jeans i posted earlier as a wip, but since i’m not planning on releasing the jeans I’ll release these instead to make up for it! they come in my usual 9 denimy colors + 13 more colors because why not. doesn’t require any mesh or any specific pack either.

(Another) skin update. Last one, promise probably! I was getting a bit tired of the harsh shading around the nose, so I lightened it and smoothed it out a bit and I think it looks a lot better.

But if you can barely tell the difference between the last two skins up there ^^, I cleaned up the thumbnails and included three versions of my skins in one file (Updated, Original, and my Male skin overlay which I know call “Edge” because of reasons. All include 50% opacity options.

I also included versions with no feminine “nip nops & naughty bits” so you can use these on masculine sims without issues. I haven’t made a body texture of masculine sims yet, but I might do that in the future.

TL;DR: Replace all my old skins with this one file, because it’s better.

**Update** I messed up the male50% opacity swatch, so redownload if need be. Also added a forehead detail version.

all have 9 ea natural colours, they’re all unisex and enabled for aliens :)

Pleasant Peasant - A Charredsky Peasant Blouse Recolor

Wow, I haven’t done a recolor in forever.  But I really like this top and wanted it in more colors, so here you go!  Comes in  WMS Unnaturals and Neutral palette (55 colors).

Crybabies // Dreamer CAS Backgrounds

A set of CAS backgrounds, comes in two versions one with and without the dreamer neon sign! I hope you guys enjoy! This is the first piece of CC i’ve made so please be gentle on me.

(Disclaimer: the first two pictures are the actual textures taken right from photshop! they will not look that HD in CAS as the mesh used for these stretches and lowers the quality of the textures but it will still look very close! also the two screenshots from cas are edited! but only the sims <3)

i really wanted some tight rolled up jeans and shorts, so i made some. i edited them to fit the exact shape of a sims legs so they’re literally skin tight ;p there is 2 slight problems i cant figure out how to fix,  but they’re still 100% usable.

i fixed the issues mentioned above and more lol, check out the comparison here! :D

Folie a Deux // A Skinblend

I made a skinblend !!!

Naturally, I had to name it after my favorite fall out boy album

There are three versions of this skin (they come as swatches)

All three versions have the body texture of @noodlesims‘ ramen noodles 2.0 skin, bit of @ddeathflower‘s leh face overlay mixed in (especially in the lips), and @chisimi‘s gigi skin cleavage mask (just for the female skins)

Version 1: ramen 2.0 for the body with the gigi skin for the face and a tiny bit of leh mixed it

Version 2: ramen 2.0 for the body with leh for the face

Version 3: ramen 2.0 for the body with @heihu‘s xigua skin and leh mixed for the face

The sims in the preview pictures don’t have any makeup on

SimLaughLove + Moon-Craters = Love Crater?

BIG thank you to both of them for giving me permission to use parts of their meshes for this hair. I basically just smushed them together, but I got a lot of requests for it so here it is! All EA colors + warm white shown in preview.

There has always been something off about lighting in the Sims, and that is the blue tint Maxis adds onto dark areas to make objects more clear for the player to see in the darkness. It is an understandable design choice, but to players that prefer a more realistic lighting set up, this blue tint is quite tacky and can ruin dramatically lit to well lit environments.

This mod made by myself and the talented modder @arensims, aims to fix this and provide a much better lighting experience. We have replaced the blue tint with a dark grey to come as close to real darkness as it can without compromising clarity. We also increased the overall brightness of lights by 40% to make up for the dim, shallow lighting that most lights in game produce.

Just drop the package file in your mods folder and you should be good to go. We hope you enjoy using this mod as much as we do!

(P.S. - ArenSims and I have been trying to get a realistic outdoor lighting overhaul working, but so far we’ve had no luck. Fingers crossed that we might be able to figure out something in the near future!)
