((Spoiler alert he is the antagonist of my AU. Nitro was programmed to be a douppleganger rival to Turbo but got cut at the very last min. He is filled with hatred and resentment, he managed to escaped the Code Room and he is scoping his surroundings to learn about what's around him to be used against Turbo...))
