I Was Planning To Do Some Mermay Doodles, But I Had No Idea Who To Draw Until I Spotted @twisted-tech's

I was planning to do some Mermay doodles, but I had no idea who to draw until I spotted @twisted-tech's wonderful TWST Mermay event, so I figured I'd doodle an Epel! His design is inspired by a purple mosaic guppy (because of Floyd's nickname for him haha), they're really pretty fish that I wasn't even really able to do justice to with this drawing...
