Day 3 of Mermay - a classic two-tailed mermaid (like the one on the Starbucks logo). I’m not sure when mermaids went from a tail for each leg to only having one tail, there’s quite a large span of history where you can find both, so maybe it was based on how discreet the artist needed to be? She was going to have a proper background but my pen was dying, so I thought I’d quit while I was ahead.
