Honestly if Kushina was Hokage/the sensei of team 7, I feel like the mission where Obito "dies" wouldn't go the way it did. I feel like her maternal instincts would kick in and she'd be able to save them or at the very least say something to Obito in his death that sticks through to him and makes him turn away from Madara despite all of the manipulation. Leading to what essentially could be an "everyone lives" au. Her friendship with Mikoto would likely lead to the Uchiha not being as isolated and more accepted by the village too. Everything is happier with Kushina as the Hokage. Kishimoto, fix it.
