Hmmm difficult question.

Both have animalistic/monstrous forms and although Lady Ds is much bigger than Van Helsings Dracula, I wouldn't say that necessarily gives her the upper hand.

The thing is, both can be killed only by very specific things. But while its something handy for Lady D (the dagger), only a werewolf can kill VH Dracula. We do have werewolf-ic creatures in Resident Evil 8 and I believe Urias could give VH Dracula (not bc Urias is necessarily stronger or more skilled but bc I have the feeling VH Dracula is afraid of werewolfs and that bleeds into his fighting style while fighting one) a hard time, but he doesn't answer to Lady Dimitrescu. And since she hates him and he is more loyal to Heisenberg, who also hates her and canonly wanted her death, there is no way Urias would help her.

So she has no way to kill VH Dracula. While he could find the dagger before killing her with bland brutality. That is if he would fight fair without use of his wives or subjects (which I'm not sure about). Sure you could argue Lady D has her duaghters but lets be honest, they are pretty useless while fighting another vampire.

So I think, regarding the topic of death and ending a fight ultimately, Van Helsings Dracula would win.
