You need to let go of your failures and things that might have other people have said or you may have consciously or unconsciously told yourself, the reason why you cant maintain a routine is because you get discouraged easily , you need to take it slow , step by step , you need to let go of the box and reflect on your journey & it will be uncomfortable but it'll be worth it , there is no such thing as " i wasted time or i'm not good at this " ...
