I think the song ‘Animal I have become’ is an absolutely perfect thing to represent a Vulcan going through Pon farr. All the lines just hit so accurately

Ok but this means that Vulcans WERE advanced at some point and have since lost all of thier technology to the point they are FAR behind humans but that Romulans haven't that's all I just had to point this out

Scotty is very dismayed about his alcohol right now

does anyone else want to think about the fact that spock bleeds green and that means nothing to other vulcans. even stating the sentiment "i bleed (green) too" would alienate him from other vulcans far more than it could ever bring him closer to them. an appeal to emotion. how human.

I love vulcans because if you put them literally anywhere that isn't their home planet they're the nerds and hall monitors (or at the very least they do a convincing job of Looking like it) but then you go there and its like this
