Prior to August 2023 my type of men were feminine long-haired boys with no facial hair and no chest hair. Not shredded or broad-shouldered. I honestly wanted to pursue Astarion when I opened the game.
And then Gale happened in my life. Smart, witty, kind - and devilishly handsome. I started appreciating the parts of his appearance I never thought I would.
Has anyone experienced anything like it?
When I first heard "big brown eyes" in this song I immediately thought about Gale Dekarios. Now I headcanon this song to be sang around the fire during Act 1 (bard Tav maybe composed it because of her handsome companion or just remembered because of him).
