"or else you'll be tired tomorrow." the quiet care. the thoughtfulness.
How to use this to angst:
add a pet name. e.g. "little one, sweetheart"
show, not tell the emotions/implications listed above. (the "quiet care" mc doesn't recognize until it isn't there anymore, the yearning, etc.)
make this a sweet memory amidst a bitter life.
make the person who said "go to sleep"
