-Eddie would very much secretly try to learn Tagalog just for you, he has a secret notebook with all the words that you use from time to time and its English meaning on the side.

-Imagine eddie and his comments about the Marcoses lol

-Dinners at your home would feature Eddie trying every Filipino dish your mother cooks, cue Eddie eating chicken adobo, and biting onto a pepper corn.

-Eddie for sure becomes addicted to rice after eating it for every meal along side the ulam of the day.

-"Babe, I want rice and see-nee-gang" Eddie pouts, puppy brown eyes pleading as they stare at you. "You mean Sinigang?" You laugh, hands reaching over the table and squishing his face. "I'll ask my mom, ang cute cute mo naman (You're so fucking cute)". You coo at his face in your hands.

-With Filipino parents being Filipino, for sure they'll think Eddie's a bad influence. "Bad boy ba yang boyfriend mo? (Is your boyfriend a bad boy?" Your mother asks, eyeing you up and down.

-Imagine trying to teach Eddie to be polite in Tagalog :<<

-" You put 'po' at the end of your sentences babe, and use 'opo' when you wanna say yes." You explain as Eddie nods. "Tapos, you should mano po when you greet my parents." You continue

-"Mano po?" Eddie questions, looking at you. "Yeah it's like a way of respectfully greeting an older person," You explain, extending your hand out for Eddie to try.

-"So you basically take the older person's hand to your forehead and let their knuckles touch your forehead?" Eddie asks, eyebrows furrowed trying to understand. "Yeah, Filipino culture is all about respect!" You smile at your boyfriend.

-Eventually, after your parents warm up to Eddie, Your mom loves him. Eddie eventually goes home with leftovers in Tupperware containers <333

-Imagine going to prom wearing a traditional Filipiniana dress, only to be greeted by Eddie wearing a Barong Tagalog your parents got for him <33

"What the fuck babe? You didn't have to do this?" You smile, still in shock, eyes looking at the sight of your boyfriend looking extra handsome. Eddie in a barong just looked so fucking perfect, the chestnut nude see-through fabric with intricate embroidered designs just accentuated his figure and arms. To top it off, Eddie's hair tied in a low bun with his bangs and pieces of hair framing his face was just the cherry on top.

"Eh gusto kita isurprise eh, (I wanted to surprise you)" Eddie smiled "nasurprise ka ba princessa? (Did you get surprised princess?)" he continued.
