The smell of baked chicken and fresh roasted green beans filled the trailer. You stirred the potatoes that were boiling in a pot of water as the sounds of your boyfriend, Eddie, strumming his guitar in his room filled your ears.
You were dressed in a long sleeve shirt of Eddie’s and a pair of thigh highs to keep your legs warm. The subtle sore feeling of your cunt made you think about earlier that morning when you and Eddie went round after round in his bed after Wayne left for work.
The oven timer rang, alerting you out of your thoughts to pull out the chicken from the oven. You grabbed a worn out oven mit from the drawer and grabbed the pan of chicken and placed it on the counter to rest, then you pulled out the steaming hot green beans, which were covered in garlic salt and pepper.
The potatoes were fork tender, you drained the water and doctored them up with milk and butter with some salt and pepper. You took your potato masher and mixed all the ingredients together to make some mashed potatoes.
After everything cooled, you plated up the food for the three of you. You covered Wayne’s plate with foil and stuck it in the microwave for him to have when he got home.
“Eddie!” You shouted down the hall as you brought him his plate.
“Yeah baby?” He called back. You opened his door to see him strumming his guitar shirtless with a pair of sweats on, his tattoo on display for you to see.
You smiled at your handsome boyfriend as you sat on his bed next to him.
“I made you dinner,”
“aw, baby…thank you…I’m starving!” He laughed.
You scooped up some potatoes on the fork and held it up to his mouth for him to eat. He willing ate them off the fork and groaned at the taste of the creamy mash.
“Fuck baby, you make the best mashed potatoes..” you giggled at his compliment.
He laid his guitar on his torso and opened his mouth for another bite of food. You playfully rolled your eyes and cut up the seasoned chicken breast and fed him a piece.
“You’re so beautiful.” He said with a smile as he chewed his food. You pressed a soft kiss to him lips, not caring if he was still chewing.
You picked up a few green beans with the fork and held it up to him again. He grimaced at the sight of the vegetable, “yeah, no.”
“Eat your damn vegetables, Munson.” You shoved the green beans into his mouth, he unwillingly ate the vegetable with a pained expression.
“The things I do for you..” he swallowed.
“I rocked your world this morning so you should do this for me.”
“I rocked your world, honey.” He sassed.
You rolled your eyes and shoved some mashed potatoes into his annoying mouth. He laughed as he swallowed them.
“I love you, baby girl.” His words brought a smile back to your face.
“I love you too, picky boy.” You placed a hand on his cheek and a soft kiss on his lips. Nothing felt better than this.

Thinking about the morning after with eddie. He’d be so sweet and he’d wake you up with kisses down your bare back and shoulders.
The sunlight sneaking through the blinds, the birds chripping outside, eddie’s soft lips pecking down your spine.
He’d stop at the end of your sacrum, his rough hands grabbing at your ass, folding with it before giving your ass a light slap, making you whine at being woken up by his playful actions.
“Let me sleep, you ass.” You groaned, snuggling into his pillow, squeezing your eyes shut.
“But I miss you..” he whined, kissing your sides, his long hair tickling your back. You groaned, turning over to meet his chest.
“Well, this is a much better view.” He smiled as his gaze moved down to your tits, all in their bare glory.
You slapped his chest, giggling as you wrapped your arms around his neck to pull him into you, pressing his delicate kiss to his lips.
His big hands travel down your body and settle on your waist. As you break the kiss, you both get lost in each other’s eyes, gleaming at each other and savoring the sweet moment.
“My beautiful girl.” He mumbled as he brushed a strand of hair from your face.
You giggle as he began pressing small kisses all over your face and neck, his lips feeling ticklish on your soft skin.
“Eddie!” You laughed, trying to push him off you. His fingers began to tickle your sides, making you laugh even harder.
You could get used to this.

BE MY VALENTINE — stranger things

PAIRINGS: eddie munson x gf!reader
SUMMARY: eddie surprises you for Valentine’s Day even though you know how much he hates the holiday.
WARNINGS: afab reader. cuteness overload. one sexual joke.
WORD COUNT: 1.4k
“Valentine’s Day is just for companies to make more money by forcing people to buy stuff for their partners.” Eddie rants as he stuffed his face with pretzels.
Gareth and Jeff nod their heads in agreement. “Totally man, Sarah wants me to buy all this bullshit for her like flowers and chocolate just because of this dumb holiday.” Jeff scoffed.
You sat there listening to them go on about the stupidity of Valentine’s Day. You’ve known Eddie since you were young, as his uncle was friends with your dad, so you knew about his feelings for Valentine’s Day.
“Like, why do I have to buy my girlfriend all this bullshit when I can do that throughout the year.” Eddie mentioned.
Your head turned to him and eyes squinted to a glare, “yet, you don’t.”
“But I could.” He said with an annoying smile, to which you scoffed.
“Valentine’s Day is a day to spead time with your partner and acknowledge your love for each other, I think it’s sweet.” You told the boys, “yeah, I sent suzie her favorite chocolate and made her some flowers out of paper!” Dustin said, with a proud smile on his face.
“See, Dustin gets it.” You point out.
“Whatever..” Eddie and Jeff rolled their eyes and changed the conversation to their upcoming DnD campaign.
ONE WEEK LATER. VALENTINES DAY.
You sat in your room, laying on your floral sheets as you watched a romance movie as you munched on some popcorn. Your first Valentine’s Day with Eddie and you aren’t even hanging out with him, how upsetting.
The characters began professing their love for each other and you watching in boredom as your boyfriend couldn’t even do that.
Eddie wasn’t very open about his feelings, and he was often nervous about talking about them. You couldn’t blame him, you loved him the way he was.
A loud bang from your window pulled you from your thoughts. You rushed over to your window to open it and see Eddie standing outside of it with a big bouquet of roses.
“Holy shit, what are you doing here?” You asked as you smiled at him. He was dressed up in decent clothing. A nice and clean tshirt with a pair of black jeans and a leather jacket. You stepped aside as he climbed into your room, roughing up the flowers a little.
“Get dressed sweetheart, we’re going out.” He panted with a smile, brushing off his clothes.
“What? Why?” You questioned. “Because it’s Valentine’s Day, isn’t it?”
“But I thought you hated Valentine’s Day?” You asked with a confused expression, fiddling with your fingers.
“Yeah, but my love for you is stronger than my hate for Valentine’s Day.” He said, sitting the roses on your bed.
“Really?” You said excitedly, to which he nodded with a smile. You squealed and began jumping up and down over to your closet. You searched through your clothes for a nice dress, finding a pink floral one in the back.
You ran to the bathroom and threw on the dress and fixed your hair. You opened the drawer and grabbed some mascara and brushed on some your eye lashes, not having time for a full face of makeup.
You walked back into your room and grabbed some wedged heels from your closet. “Well, aren’t you the most beautiful girl in the world..” he grabbed your waist and pulled you into his chest from behind, pressing a kiss to your cheek. You giggled as his soft lips pecked your skin.
You moved towards your dresser and grabbed your favorite perfume and spritzed some on.
“Ready?” He asked. “Yep!” You smiled at yourself in the mirror. You both climbed out of your window and shut it before walking to his car that was parked beside your house.
He ran up to the passenger seat and opened your door, “m’lady,” he bowed. You laughed,”thank you, kind sir.” You said before bowing yourself.
You hopping into the car and sat as he ran to his side and hopping into his seat. He started the car and began to drive away, “Where are we going?” You asked, “The diner on Main Street.” He said with a smile as he turned his gaze to you. Your face lit up, that diner was the place you had your first date, “Eddie, you didn’t..”
“I did, asked them to reserve the same booth we sat in too.” He added. You stared at him in awe, This wasn’t the man who hated Valentine’s Day just a week ago.
“Why are you doing this? You don’t have to do this when you and I both know you hate it.” You said, but he stopped you. “I was being a dickhead last week. Yes, I think Valentine’s Day is mostly stupid but I love you and I want to do something special because I know you love Valentine’s Day.”
You pouted you lips as your heart bursted in joy, “I love you so much.” You confessed. He took your hand in his and brought it to his lips, pressing a soft kiss on the back of your hand, “I love you too, beautiful girl.” He turned onto Main Street and parked on the side of the road by the entrance to the diner. He laid your hand on the consul and jumped out of the car to open your door for you again.
You smiled and took his hand and you both stepped into the colorful diner, the smell of burgers filling your noise and 80s music filling your ears.
“Eddie, hey!” The manager, Dillon said from behind the counter.
“Sup man!” Eddie replied before leading you to your table that he had saved for the two of you. You seat yourselves on either side of each other.
Dillon brings over menus for you both and you scan the menu over, looking at all the delicious greasy dishes listed.
“Order whatever you want, baby. It’s on me.” Eddie mentioned, you look up from your menu, “are you sure? I can pay…you already bought me flowers so just-“ you began before he cut you off, “No, everything is on me tonight. I gotta spoil my girl every now and then.” He smiled. You sighed, gazing back at your slightly sticky menu.
The cheeseburger sounded amazing, the diner food was always good, especially their burgers. You saw they were having a sale on their milkshakes for Valentine’s Day, $1.50 all flavor milkshakes.
“Baby, look!” You said as you pointed to the advertisement. He looked up and read the sale, he nodded, “get one, I’ll get one too.” He said as Dillon came back to the booth.
“So, what can I get for you guys?” He asked as he held up his notepad.
“I’m gonna get a bacon cheeseburger with fries and a strawberry milkshake.” Eddie said as he closed the menu.
“And for you?” Dillon asked, “I’m thinking a cheeseburger with fries and a vanilla milkshake.” You said, Dillon nodded and walked away with your orders.
Eddie grimaced, “Vanilla? So basic.” He joked to which you scoffed, “Ok Mr. Strawberry. I’m basic?” You asked as you tilted your head, “at least I’m getting my fruit in for the day.” He said, you bursted out laughed at his words, “oh yeah, totally. So healthy.” You giggled.
After a few minutes go by and chatter between the two of you continued, your food came out. The burgers were huge and the fries were stacked up. Your milk shakes had a mountain of whipped cream on top with a cherry to finish it off.
“Enjoy.” Dillon said with a smile as he walked away with his now empty tray.
Eddie quickly stole your cherry off your milkshake, “Eddie!” You exclaimed as you kicked his leg with your foot.
“Ow!” He yelped. You took your finger and flicked some whipped cream on your finger off his milkshake and into your mouth.
“Woah, no fair!” He exclaimed, you smiled at him “don’t worry, that’s not the only cream of yours I’ll be stealing tonight.” He began coughing, choking on his own saliva. “Jesus, baby. Not here..” he looked around to see if anyone heard, though everyone was busy eating and chatting amongst themselves.
When his eyes drew back to you, you shot him a small wink as you dug into your burger. You both ate your burgers and conversed about the most random things, laughs were shared and you felt happier than ever. Dates with Eddie were always fun, and they ended even better.
As you finished up and Eddie paid, you walk out to his van hand in hand. “Thank you, Eddie. I had fun tonight.” You said as you pressed a sweet kiss on his cheek.
“I did too, sweetheart. I love you, you know.” He confessed. You smiled, “I love you too, Eddie. So much.”
“Happy Valentine’s Day, baby.”
“Happy Valentine’s Day, Eddie.”

But They Know Nothing

Synopsis: you and Eddie have a secret relationship that gets harder and harder to keep a secret
this is for @sweetpeterparker
Masterlist

“Excuse me? Do you think you could help me get something out of the janitors closet? We need it for cheer.” You loudly chewed your gum and examined your nails as you spoke, never once looking up at who you were speaking to.
“Yeah. I guess I could help you out.” Eddie shrugged without looking at you either.
“Cool.” You blew a bubble with your gum and let it pop before walking towards the janitors closet with Eddie behind you. You went inside together and as soon as the door was closed, you were kissing. Eddie cupped your face and pressed you up against the door as you furiously made out in the dimly lit closet.
“It’s just on the top shelf.” You said between kisses as you tangled your hands in his messy hair.
“On the top shelf, yeah?” Eddie laughed against your lips before going to kiss down your neck.
“Uh huh. I really need it for cheer.” You panted as he nipped and kissed the skin on your neck.
“Do you guys always keep your cheer stuff in the dirty janitors closet?” Eddie teased before cupping your face to kiss you again.
“Ew. Why’d you have to mention how filthy it is in here?” You whined and rested your head against the door.
“I’m sorry. Did I kill the mood?” Eddie pouted as he titled your chin up to look at him.
“A little.” You nodded. You looked around at all the cleaning supplies and paint cans for a moment before shrugging.
“Eh. I’m over it.” You decided and pulled him back in for a kiss. You continued to make out in the closet until you heard a knock at the door. Eddie let out a frustrated sigh before opening the door. You took a step behind Eddie and looked out the door to see Dustin standing there. He looked between the two of you before cracking an amused smile.
“Oh. Sorry. I needed Eddie to come look at slug we caught. Am I interrupting something? Dustin asked as he pointed between you and Eddie.
“No. I was just getting….” Eddie trailed off as he looked back at you for help.
“The ladder. For cheer.” You said quickly and pointed to a ladder on the top shelf.
“Why do you need the ladder for cheer?” Dustin wondered.
“Why do you need Eddie to look at a slug?” You asked as you folded your arms.
“Touché.” Dustin said as he pointed at you. “Once you’re done helping out the cheer team, meet us outside. It’s really important.” Dustin said to Eddie. You gave Dustin a look for calling a slug “really important” and he shrugged.
“What? It’s a really cool slug.” He insisted before rolling his eyes and walking away. Eddie shut the door again and gave you a sheepish smile.
“I don’t understand why all your friends are 14.”
“It’s better then being friends with a bunch of airheaded cheerleaders who don’t know how to read.” Eddie smiled teasingly as he pulled you back towards him.
“Hey, some of them can read.” You played along. Eddie’s smile widened as he leaned in to kiss you again. This time, it was long and slow and sweet. He pressed you up against the door again as he kissed you passionately. He pulled away after a few minutes and looked into your eyes.
“Do you think you’ll ever tell them about us?” He asked in a soft voice.
“I don’t know.” You sighed. “All of the girls on the team are dating boys on the football team. They’re super protective and obsessed with our image in this school. If they knew we we’re together….”
“They’d throw a fit and try to tear us apart?” Eddie smiled sadly as he finished your sentence.
“Oh, I’d like to see them try.” You scoffed. “They’d never be able to pull me away from you. But they might just kick me off the squad.”
Eddie nodded his head and looked down, understanding where you were coming from but still being upset with the answer. You noticed his solum expression and cupped his face to make him look at you.
“I don’t like it either. I’d tell everyone in the world if I could. But I need this for college, baby. I need a cheerleading scholarship. It’s the only way I’ll ever make it out of this town.”
“This town isn’t all bad, is it?” He asked with a sad smile.
“It’s not when I’m with you.” You smiled softly before kissing him again. You went to pull away but Eddie pulled you right back to kiss you some more.
“Can I at least tell my friends?” He asked you.
“You mean the kids you babysit?” You teased. “You know how they are, baby. They’re sweet and all but they’ll tell the whole school.”
“I know.” He sighed. “I just wish we didn’t have to keep meeting like this. I wish we didn’t have to keep us a secret.”
“Me either.” You sighed and wrapped your arms around his neck.
“I want to hold your hand in the hallways like all the stupid football players get to do.” He continued.
“I want that too.” You nodded before kissing him once more.
“Soon. We’ll tell them soon.” You said once you pulled away. “Collage acceptance letters will be coming out soon. Once I’ve secured my spot at a college, we can tell the whole world if you want.”
“I want.” Eddie smiled. He went to kiss you again but another knock sounded at the door.
“Hello? The slug?” Dustin shouted impatiently from the other side of the door.
“I didn’t realize he was still out there.” You whispered through a laugh.
“Me either. I’ll see you later, baby doll.” Eddie kissed you one last time before leaving the closet. He caught up with Dustin, looked at the slug that was so very important, and then walked back to their lunch table together.
“What was that about?” Dustin asked once they were seated.
“Hm? What was what?” Eddie played dumb.
“You. In the closet. With the cheerleader.” Dustin said, catching the attention of the rest of the club.
“She just needed me to get her a ladder from the top shelf. No biggie.” Eddie shrugged while the other boys exchanged looks.
“It is a biggie.” Dustin insisted. “Why did she ask you?”
“I don’t know, Henderson.” Eddie sighed. “Why does anyone do anything?”
“I ask myself that everyday.” Dustin said, mostly to himself.
“Dude.” Mike snorted as he looked at Eddie’s face.
“What?” Eddie wondered.
“What’s all over your face?” Mike asked and pointed to his mouth. Eddie put his hand over his lips and immediately felt your lip gloss.
“Oh. I don’t know.” He lied as he quickly wiped it off.
“You don’t know?” Mike raised an eyebrow. “Because I’m pretty sure I know.”
“Oh yeah? And what exactly do you know, Wheeler?” Eddie asked as he stared Mike down.
“That you have Watermelon Lip Lickers smeared all over your lips. I can smell it from here.” Mike said, making the rest of the club chuckle. Eddie looked at him with wide eyes, shocked that Mike knew the truth.
“El wears the same kind. It’s sticky, isn’t it?”Mike asked as he scrunched his nose. You could see the wheels turning in Dustin’s brain as he slowly put two and two together. He turned to look at Eddie with a shit eating grin.
“Wait a minute.” Dustin said as he rubbed his hands together.
“Shut it, Henderson.” Eddie said sternly.
“You have Watermelon Lip Lickers on your lips.” Dustin began.
“Keep your voice down. I mean it.”
“Y/n wears watermelon Lip Lickers.” Dustin continued as he looked around at the club.
“How do you even know that?” Eddie wondered.
“He knows everything about every cheerleader.” Mike cut in.
“And you were just in a closet with her. Oh my God.” Dustin touched his temples as he figured it out. He stood up out of his chair and pointed at Eddie.
“Were you making out with-“
“Shhhh! Shh! Shhhh!” Eddie quickly and harshly cut him off. He put one hand over Dustin’s mouth and the other on Dustin’s shoulder and he pushed him back down into his seat.
“What part of keep your voice down did you not understand?” Eddie whispered as he looked around for who might’ve heard.
“Were you kissing a cheerleader?!” Dustin whispered back.
“No. I wasn’t.” Eddie lied. “So zip it.”
“So then you wear watermelon lip lickers?” Dustin raised an eyebrow.
“Yes. I do. I find it pleasantly moisturizing.” Eddie said as he eyes darted to the side. Dustin looked at him for a long time before shaking his head.
“I don’t believe you.” Dustin decided.
“What’s more believable, Henderson?”
Eddie began. “That I wear watermelon scented chapstick or that I was just making out with one of the most popular girl in school?”
“Fine. I believe you. For now.” Dustin said pointedly, making Eddie sigh in relief.
The following week, you woke up to the bright sun shining in your eyes. You slipped out from under Eddie’s arms and grabbed your watch off his night stand. When you saw what time it was, you shot up in bed.
“Shit! We overslept!” You gasped and put your watch down. You quickly rolled over in bed and started to shake Eddie.
“Eddie! Wake up! My alarm didn’t go off!” You said in a panic. Eddie’s eyes slowly opened up and he looked around.
“Where am I?” He asked in a groggy voice.
“Your own bedroom. Now come on. We gotta go to school.” You whined and climbed out of his bed. You threw on your pants from the day before and grabbed a random shirt off of Eddie’s floor. Eddie sat up in his bed and watched with a sleepy smile as you hastily got dressed.
“Hey.” He said and caught you by the wrist.
“What?” You asked wondered.
“You slept over. You’ve never done that before.” Eddie said as his smile grew. You stopped rushing around and took a second to realize he was right. You say cupped his face and bent down to kiss him for a long time.
“I had fun last night. We should do this again.” You said before kissing him again.
“You’re so obsessed with me.” Eddie smirked as he pulled you back down into his bed. He kissed you again as he rolled on top of you.
“I know.” You said against his lips. You made out for a minute in his bed until you remembered the time.
“Come on. We need to go now.” You whined and pulled him out of bed.
Eddie dropped you off a block away from school and drove the rest of the way by himself so that you wouldn’t been seen going in together. As soon as you set foot on campus, all eyes were on you. You noticed the stares of your fellow students and instantly felt insecure. You smoothed your hair down and checked your teeth in your compact mirror but found no obvious issue. You moved through the hallways slowly, uncomfortable with all the stares you were receiving. You looked around for help until you spotted one of the girls on your cheer team.
“Um, why is everyone staring at me?” You whispered to her.
“Um, maybe because you’re wearing that.” She snorted and pointed to your shirt. You looked down in confusion and did a double take. Instead of the shirt you thought you had thrown on, you were wearing a ratty old band g shirt of Eddie’s. You gasped and quickly covered your body with your arms.
“Shit.” You whispered.
“Since when do you listen to Metaliqua?”
“It’s Metallica. And I don’t. This must be my brothers. I just grabbed a random shirt this morning.” You lied as you scanned the hallway for Eddie. You caught his eye and he immediately noticed your shirt. He let out a loud laugh and clapped his hands, only drawing more attention to you. You gave him an angry look before looking away.
“Oh God.” Your friend scoffed when she saw Eddie laughing.
“What?”
“That freak is totally staring at you.” She said and nodded over your shoulder.
“What freak?” You wondered as you turned around to see what she was looking at. You made eye contact with Eddie again and gulped.
“Oh. Him. I’ll be right back.” You quickly excused yourself before running over to Eddie. You grabbed his arm and pulled him into a supply closet.
“Nice shirt.” Eddie snorted once you were alone.
“Oh, you think this is funny?” You asked and folded your arms. Eddie could tell you were upset and quickly dropped his smile.
“Yes?” Eddie answered, sounding more like a question.
“This isn’t funny! This is obviously not my shirt! People are gonna get suspicious.” You whined and rested your head on his shoulder.
“Come on. You could totally pass as a metal head.” Eddie chuckled as he wrapped his arms around you to comfort you. You didn’t respond as you limply wrapped your arms around his torso, letting Eddie know you we’re genuinely upset. He took your face in his hands to make you look at him.
“Hey, it’s okay. I can run to your house and grab you a different shirt, okay? I’ll sneak in through the window and everything. And I’ll look super cool while doing it. Will that make you feel better?” He asked in a soft tone, making you smile. You went up on your tip toes to kiss him before shaking your head.
“It’s okay. We have that pep rally today anyway. I’ll just put my uniform on early.”
“Well you know how much I love to see you in your uniform.” Eddie smile and pulled you closer.
“So I’ve been told.” You returned the smile as you leaned in to kiss him again. You only kissed for a few seconds when you heard a pounding at the door.
“MUNSON? YOU IN THERE?” Dustin’s voice sounded from the other side of the door.
“If he says he found another slug I swear to God.” Eddie grumbled as he opened the door. He kept it shut enough so that Dustin couldn’t see into the closet, and more importantly couldn’t see you.
“What do you want?” Eddie whispered harshly.
“Woah. Attitude. Okay.” Dustin mumbled and rolled his eyes a little. “I just wanted to know if there will be a Hellfire club meeting after the pep rally. Jeez.”
“No. Not today. Tomorrow for sure though, okay?” Eddie said in a much softer tone.
“Okay.” Dustin smiled in satisfaction.
“All right. Good luck on your algebra test.” Eddie smiled warmly and patted Dustin’s head.
“Thanks. See you later, man.” Dustin waved before walking off. Eddie shut the door again and noticed you looking at him with a fond smile.
“What?” He wondered.
“You’re so good with kids.” You said with a happy sigh.
“Shut up.” Eddie blushed in embarrassment.
“You are. It’s really cute.” You insisted as you wrapped your arms around his neck.
“You’re really cute.” Eddie replied. “Especially in my shirt.”
“Yeah. I might have to hang on to-“ You started to reply when Eddie cut you off with a kiss. You didn’t mind the sweet interruption and kissed him back. You made out in the closet for a minute until you heard the school bell ring.
“Ugh. I have to go.” You whined as you pulled out of the kiss.
“I know. Good luck at the pep rally. You’re gonna crush it. You’re the best damn girl on that team.” Eddie said as he used his pinky to tilt your face up to look at him.
“And just the best damn girl in general.” He added before pecking your lips again.
“You’re so cute. I love you.” You chuckled before realized what you said.
“Oh God.” You gulped.
“What was that?” Eddie’s smile dropped when he realized what he just heard.
“Nothing. Gotta go. Bye!” You said and quickly ran out of the closet.
“Wait! Don’t-“ Eddie shouted as the door slammed in his face. He sighed in disappointment now that you were gone, but quickly smiled when he remembered that you had just told him you loved him. He decided that he needed to tell you he loved you back as soon as possible. That proved to be difficult since you didn’t have any classes together and needed to be at cheer practice during lunch. Eddie waited impatiently all day until the school was sent down to the gymnasium for the pep rally. He left his class and went to look for you, soon spotting you by the locker room. He was about to approach you when he noticed that you were talking to Jason, star of the basketball team.
“How do you get it so curly?” Jason asked as he touched your ponytail.
“I just curl it.” You laughed uncomfortably and took a step back. Eddie felt jealousy settle in and continued to watch the two of you interact.
“Yeah, but it’s perfectly curled. It always looks so nice and bouncy.” Jason said as he reached out to touch your hair again.
“Thanks.” You faked a smile as you gently pushed his hand away.
“You know, I have to admit something. Whenever the cheerleaders perform, you’re the only one I watch.” Jason said as he took a step closer to you.
“Oh, really?” You pretended to sound interested as you took a step back.
“Yeah. You’re just so mesmerizing.” Jason told you, making Eddie ball his hand into a fist.
“Oh. Thank you.”
“So do you have a boyfriend?” Jason asked.
“Um, no. I don’t.” You lied. Eddie’s fist relaxed when he heard this and his jealousy was replaced by sadness. Hearing you deny your relationship killed the high he was on ever since you told him you loved him.
“Cool. Maybe you and I could go out sometime.” Jason asked as he once again stepped closer to you.
“Oh, uh, maybe.” You smiled weakly and stepped back again. Eddie decided he had heard enough and went to leave, accidentally knocking into the water fountain as he went. You and Jason looked to see where the noise was coming from and you instantly felt bad.
“What are you looking at, freak?” Jason asked as he protectively took a step in front of you. You and Eddie made eye contact over Jason’s shoulder and Eddie gave you a disappointment look.
“I don’t know.” Eddie shrugged. “You tell me.”
“Eddie-“
“Just get out of here.” Jason cut you off. “We don’t want you here. Not in this school, and not in this town either, freak.”
“Sorry. I didn’t realize I was interrupting something.” Eddie said while looking you directly in the eyes. You opened your mouth to explain but Eddie was already walking away.
“He’s so weird. I wish he’d drop out already and leave us all alone.” Jason scoffed and turned back to you.
“I have to go.” You said and ran after Eddie. You went into the gym but couldn’t find him anywhere in the crowd. Before you could look anymore, one of the other cheerleaders pulled you towards the team. The principle announced you and before you knew it, you were robotically dancing along to the music. You kept searching the crowd for Eddie while you performed but never found him. You saw the rest of his class and spotted the other Hellfire club members, but Eddie was nowhere to be found. You had a frown on your face as you waved your pom poms in the air and never stopped looking for Eddie. It came time for the grand finale of your cheer routine and you had to be tossed in the air, hit a pose, then be caught. You continued to scan the crowd your team mates lifted you in the air and held you up. You threw a fake smile on as you hit your pose and the crowd went wild, but it meant nothing to you if Eddie wasn’t there to see it. You were so worried about him being upset with you that you jumped down to early, causing the girls to rush to catch you. They missed and you hit the ground with a hard thud, landing directly on your leg. Everyone rushed over to you as you struggled to sit up. The pain in your leg told you it was definitely broken. You winced and looked around you, hearing the terrified gasps from the crowd and the panics screams from your team. You put your head back down on the gym floor as your team mates called for help and tried to comfort you. The searing pain you were in was preventing you from hearing much of anything until a certain voice shouted above the rest.
“Everybody move!”
You tilted your head to the side and watched as Eddie parted the crowd around you. He immediately bent down by your side and lifted your head off the ground.
“Eddie? What are you doing?” You asked him, the pain in your leg momentarily disappearing at the sight of him.
“I’m taking care of you. Let me.” Eddie smiled warmly at you as he moved your hair away from your forehead.
“I thought you left.“ You smiled in relief as Eddie cupped your face.
“And miss seeing my girlfriend crush it at the pep rally? I don’t think so.” He scoffed playfully. You smiled happily and pulled him down into a kiss, not caring who saw. You heard shocked gasps from the crowd but didn’t care.
“I love you. I’m sorry about before.” You said once you pulled away.
“That wasn’t your fault. I was just being a jealous idiot. I’m not mad at you.” Eddie assured you as he picked you up off the floor.
“Come on. Let’s get you to the nurse.” He kissed the side of your head and started walking out of the gym. The crowd moved out of your way but stared at you in shock as Eddie carried you to the nurse.
“Um, what the hell is going on?” One of the girls on your team stepped in front of you to ask.
“What does it look like? I broke my leg and now my boyfriend is carrying me out.” You said, making Eddie smile proudly.
“I’m sorry, boyfriend?” She snorted.
“Yeah. Boyfriend.” Eddie stated. “Can you spell it?”
The girls jaw dropped and she folded her arms angrily as Eddie brushed past her and carried you to the nurse. Everyone was staring at you, but neither of you cared. Your secret was out and you couldn’t be happier.
The following week, you were sitting at Eddie’s lunch table with your leg propped up on a chair. Your leg was enveloped in a thick white cast all the way up to your knee and you were wearing Eddie’s Metallica T shirt. You looked over your shoulder to stare at your old lunch table where all the other cheerleaders were before looking back at Eddie.
“Do you miss sitting over there?” Eddie asked you with a sympathetic smile.
“No. I much prefer it over here.” You answered honestly and put your hand over his.
“So do I.” Eddie grinned and lifted your hand up to his lips to kiss it. You smiled at the gesture and leaned in to kiss him, not caring who saw. When you pulled away, Eddie looked past you and groaned.
“Oh no. Here’s comes Henderson.” He warned. Dustin marched up to the table and slammed a box of tissues down.
“I miss school for one day because of the sniffles and this is the shit I miss? Are you freaking kidding me?” Dustin shouted as he pointed to you and Eddie.
“Calm down, okay? We were going to tell you.” Eddie assured him.
“When? When were you going to tell me that you had taken a lover?” Dustin asked in exasperation and sat down at the table.
“When she got into college.” Eddie shrugged.
“Oh. Speaking of. This came today.” You said and pulled an envelope out of your backpack. Eddie’s eyes widened as he took it from you. He opened the letter and quickly scanned it to see what it said.
“No way. You got in?” He asked with an excited smile.
“Yep. Full ride. As long as they don’t find out my leg is broken, I am officially going to college.”
“You know what this means, don’t you?” Eddie asked and you looked at him in confusion. He leaned it to kiss you before getting up and standing on the table.
“EVERYBODY LISTEN UP. I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE AN ANNOUNCEMENT.” Eddie cupped his hands around his mouth as he shouted. Everyone, including you, looked up at him.
“Y/n and I are dating and in love and we don’t care who knows it!” Eddie threw his arms out as he looked around with a huge smile.
“We all know it, dumb ass.” Someone shouted back.
“Yeah, we were all at the pep rally yesterday. Everyone saw you guys.” Someone else shouted.
“Nobody cares.” Mike shouted then looked around and pretended he hadn’t been the one to shout that. Eddie frowned and sat back down in his seat.
“Hm. Well it appears that nobody cares.” He told you, making you laugh.
“It’s okay, baby. I care.” You smiled and patted his cheek.
“Can I sign your cast?” Eddie asked as he got an idea.
“Yeah. Go for it.” You shrugged. Eddie grinned and grabbed a marker from his bag before bending down next to your cast. He stuck his tongue between his teeth as he wrote something down. When he sat back in his seat, you took a look at what he said.
“I love you! -ur freaky boyfriend Eddie ” he had written along with some little hearts and stars.
“Do you like it?” He asked hopefully. You smiled at the cast before looking at him.
“Like it?” You asked. “I love it.”
Hi! I love your fics so much ❤️ I was hoping you could write an Eddie Munson x Cheerleader! Reader were Jason's friend (Andy) tries to date cheerleader reader and she doesn't want to but he doesn't takes no as an answer, so Reader convinces Eddie to fake date her, but, they're very physical, and they end up realizing that they like each other, so they start dating for real this time, but Andy and Jason suspect abt them bc they heard Chrissy and other cheerleaders talking about Reader and Eddie not being really a couple and maybe Andy tries to make a move on Reader but Eddie sees it and he protects her from Andy, and they end up together and happy!
Oh, thank you so much! That means a lot!!!!

Y/N wasn't new to guys liking her, but she knew half of them liked the fact she wore a small skirt and was flexible. And her popularity. They saw her as a trophy, and not as an actual person. Y/N blames all of that on why she was still single. And she was okay with that. She rather is alone than be with someone that saw her as an object to hang on their arm.
Andy was no different. He was a friend of Jason's and would not take no for an answer. Y/N was on a team with Chrissy, which meant she was with Chrissy the majority of the time. And Chrissy was never away from Jason, and Jason brought Andy. Therefore, Y/N could not escape Andy and his flirting.
She needed a plan, she needed a fake boyfriend to get Andy off of her back. But he couldn't be someone Andy knew, so that crossed out every popular guy Y/N has ever talked to. Who the hell would she even as-
"MUNSON, WALK IN THE HALLS!"
Eddie Munson.
"What's in it for me?" Eddie questioned, crossing his arms as the smirk stretched across his face. It's not every day a cheerleader stands against his locker asking for a date.....even if it was fake.
"I'll keep Jason off your ass, and the rest of the team, all the way to graduation." Y/N offered, a questioning smile on her face as she shrugged her shoulders.
To Eddie, it didn't sound like he had anything to lose. He gets to date a cheerleader and his ass won't get pushed around for the next few months. She's the one that had it all to lose being seen with a freak.
"You got yourself a deal, gorgeous." He winked, grabbing her hand and facing her palm to him. Stealing the pen out of the side of her backpack and wrote his number on her palm.
~~~
"Now Chrissy invited me to hang out at this bar, chances are Andy will tag along with Jason. I'm thinking we arrive early, get a drink, and work on our story, yeah?" Y/N ranted as she walked with Eddie to his van.
"Damn, been my girl for like half a day and you are bossing me around. Feels like a real relationship." Eddie joked as he unlocked his van. Y/N scoffed and rolled her eyes.
~~~
"Isn't he going to be a little suspicious you randomly are talking to the freak? And that we are all of a sudden together? I mean we've barely ever talked. Little popular cheerleader all of a sudden as the hots for me? I can't see anyone believing that for a second. We've never shown interest in each other, and now we are like in a serious relationship he is supposed to respect?" Eddie questioned, sipping on his beer as Y/N sat at the bar top next to him. The more he thought about it, the more this plan sounded like it would never work.
"Fuck, you are right. Why did I ever think this would work? He is going to see right through my lie, and maybe I just need to go on the date and get it over with. Maybe he won't be too horrible, he could be a nice guy. Slight chance he sees me as more than just a cheerleader. Thanks anyway Munson, It was stupid to drag you into this. I'll still keep Jason and his dogs off of you." She smiled, patting his arm as she walked towards an empty booth.
Now Eddie felt like an asshole. Watching as she played with her fingers, eyes watching the door. Eddie sipped on his beer for the next few minutes. The sound of Jason screaming as he walked into the bar. Eddie felt himself rolling his eyes, catching Y/N doing the same. He watched as she shrunk underneath Andy's stare, smiling politely as she hugged him.
Eddie took a deep breath and called out to the bartender.
~~~
Y/N was hating every topic Andy talked about. She just wanted to go home, but maybe if she tried to give him a chance, it wouldn't be so bad.
"FROM THE GENTLEMEN AT THE BAR!" The waitress screamed over the music, placing the drink in front of Y/N.
Y/N looked up confused, her eyes catching Eddie's as he winked, and nodded his beer in the air.
Y/N could feel herself giggling as she nodded her head back as she sipped on the fruity drink. He already knew her well.
"I think I'm going to say thank you to my kind gentlemen," Y/N said to the table, not bothering to watch their reactions as she swayed her hips back up to the bar.
"Is she walking up to Eddie freaking Munson?" Andy gasped from the booth.
"She sure is" Chrissy stated proudly.
~~~
"I see you got my drink" Eddie teased, pushing out the stool for her to sit.
"I did, fruity drink, you know me well, Munson." She teased back as she took the seat he offered.
"I figured this is a way to get them to notice our first interaction," Eddie said, keeping his eyes on her, not bothering to look over her shoulder to see the watching eyes.
"Thank you, Eddie." She smiled.
~~~
A few days later more people began to notice Y/N and Eddie talking in the halls, flirting and soft touches.
Y/N told Chrissy that Eddie asked her out that night and they've been on a few dates since. Building up their fake chemistry and trying to make it believable to her best friend. Which was a lot easier than she thought.
Chrissy knew it was all fake to get Andy off of her back, but Chrissy also knew Eddie Munson is the type of guy that will sweep her off of her feet. Chrissy had a feeling they'll end up together in the end, so she didn't question the lies.
~~~
Eddie and Y/N let a week pass before they got more public. Branching out to going on dates to popular places, and throwing in public displays of affection.
That's when Y/N learned Eddie was an amazing kisser and she loved kissing him.....a little too much. The way he missed made her heart race, palms sweat, thighs clench, and head dizzy. She lost herself in the kiss every time, yanking him closer and kissing him harder. Her head spun every time he slipped his tongue in her mouth. The way his hands gripped her hips, the sounds that came from his chest, and the taste of him had her dizzy for hours.
But he'd pull away, a proud smirk on his face whenever Andy would storm off. Eddie's touch would leave her hips and she'd feel the ghost of his hands. And she hated more than anything that she missed his lips.
It's supposed to be fake dating.
Eddie was just better at faking than she was.
~~~
The more dates they went on, the more Y/N began to adore everything she was learning about him. His favorite songs, the ones he'd crank up louder in his van. The names of his guitars, and when he learned to play. His hobbies, his family, and just everything that made him who he was. She memorized every detail of his face. Searching day and night for a flaw but falling short.
He was the perfect boyfriend.
~~~
Eddie knew it was all fake but he couldn't tell if he was acting anymore. The way she moaned against his chest when they'd make out. How soft her hand felt in his as they walked. The way she laughed at his jokes. How her eyes stared right back at him when he was talking to her. Every part of her body facing him to show all of her attention was on him.
Eddie never felt so seen in a good way. He opened himself up and he didn't hate it. He learned almost everything about her. And now he saw it, she was so much more than a cheerleader on his arm. If people knew who she really was, they'd be even more jealous of her being on his arm.
Eddie could tell he was falling but he couldn't. It was all play pretend.
~~~
The more they spent time together, the more it got harder to remind themselves it was all fake. But maybe they didn't have to pretend.
Neither of them was looking elsewhere, making sure Andy never grew suspicious. Eddie knew she wasn't interested in anyone, otherwise, she would have asked them to be her fake boyfriend.
Y/N was reaching her breaking point. Spending all her time with Eddie was the happiest she's been in years. She didn't feel like just a cheerleader with him. He learned things about no one cared to find out. He knew more about her than Chrissy did. She just wanted to be with him. All she had to do was get the courage to talk to him about what she was feeling.
~~~
Another night in Eddie's bedroom, her laying on her stomach as she flipped through a book, Eddie playing guitar softly next to her. Her eyes couldn't help but stay on him. One thing she always loved was admiring him in his most relaxed state. His hair was half tied up in a bun, curls landing on his shoulders. His mouth closed as he hummed, his fingers strumming softly. His eyes flicked down to the strings then back up again.
"How can you read without your eyes on the words?" He teased, not looking at her as he looked down at the strings. But she could see his lips were curved up in a smirk.
"Shut up," She mumbled, embarrassed that she was caught. Feeling her face heat up, quickly darted her eyes to her book.
After a few seconds of silence, she closed her book. Nodding to herself as she moved to her knees. Softly grabbing the neck of his guitar, his eyes lifted up to look at her.
A questioning look on his face as he sat still.
"You okay?" He asked softly
She didn't respond, just leaning forward to place her lips softly on his. Her heart skipped a beat as he smiled and kissed her back.
She slowly pulled away, keeping her eyes locked on his.
Eddie felt his stomach fluttering at the soft look in her eyes.
It wasn't uncommon for them to kiss, but staring into each other's eyes afterward was new for both of them.
"I have a new proposition for you." She whispered
Eddie watched as she let go of his guitar, holding her hands as she nervously skimmed around his room.
"And that is?" Eddie asked, setting his guitar on the floor as he moved closer to her.
"Instead of fake dating...what if we....just dated?" Too scared to look at him, she kept her eyes on the posters on the wall.
"I'm sorry, what is the difference?" Eddie chuckled
"What if we didn't pretend to date, and dated for real." Y/N shrugged, trying to make it sound like it wasn't a big deal.
"Look at me." He demanded
She took a breath and looked at him.
"Are you saying that you like me and want to be in a relationship for ourselves, and not for Andy?" He asked, enjoying how shy she was becoming.
"Yes." She answered honestly, nothing left to lose now.
"Yes." He replied
"Actually?" She asked, keeping her eyes locked on him, trying to see if there was any teasing in his expression.
"I like you too, and I enjoyed having you as a fake girlfriend. I think having you as my real girlfriend would be even better. " He said, leaning close to bump his nose with hers.
~~~
Officially being together, neither of them noticed a difference. They stopped pretending for Andy a long time ago.
Since Y/N didn't notice a difference, she forgot to let Chrissy know that it was official.
This led to her letting another cheerleader know the truth behind it, and that led to Andy overhearing that the relationship wasn't real.
~~~
Y/N was waiting at Eddie's locker when Andy approached her. She faked a smile as she acknowledged his company. But her smile dropped when his arm wrapped around her waist and dragged her into a kiss.
Before she had time to react, his body was being yanked off of her.
"WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU THINK YOU ARE DOING?" Eddie yelled as he held Andy in his grip.
"Oh come on man, I know she isn't your real girl. Drop the act." Andy scoffed. Shoving Eddie's hands off of him.
"Yes, she is." Eddie snapped back. His blood was still hot from seeing Andy's hands all over Y/N.
"Eddie, it's okay." She said gently, grabbing his hand and preparing to drag him to his van.
"Really, Y/L/N? The freak? You pick trailer trash over me?" Andy scoffed, his eyes judging Eddie as he looked him over.
"Go fuck yourself." Eddie sneered
"Oh shut up Andy, I never was interested and I never will be. I didn't pick the freak or trailer trash. I picked the boy I liked. I picked Eddie. Use his name." She spat out, this time yanking Eddie out of the school.
"Are you okay? I tried to grab him as fast as I could." Eddie breathed out, looking over her body.
"Yes, I'm fine." She smiled, reassuringly.
"Good, because no one touches my girl," Eddie smirked, throwing his arm over her shoulder as they walked to his van.
"And no one calls my man names." She teased back, her arm going around his waist.
Maybe she picked Eddie Munson from the start for a reason.

I need him. 🥺
Eddie loves your thighs. He loves how soft they are and adores when they’re wrapped around him. He constantly covers them in hickeys and begs to have you wrap them around his face, “Please baby. If I suffocate down there - I’ll die a happy man.” <3
He's so fucking sweet. 💕
Eddie who’s terrible at flirting with you but you’re still a blushing mess in the end <3
thinking about perv!bestfriend eddie who invites u for a sleepover and u obviously say yes. he gives u some clothes to wear, plaid pyjama pants and a VERY short hellfire shirt.
“oh sorry about the length, i was trying to see how it would look cropped but i kinda messed that one up. it’s still comfy to sleep in though!” eddie tells you while finding matching clothes for him to sleep in.
him asking u to help him with things through out the whole sleepover, asking you to get him a glass of water, him watching you reach up, standing on your tippy toes, reaching for a glass, while he gets a glimpse of the underside of your tits, not noticing your shirt had ridden up so much.
he’s like. such a perv he’s so obsessed with you but tries to be sneaky about it. he’s lucky you trust him so much and can’t imagine him being a perv (screams im dying (real) )

Part II
You hadn’t been living in Hawkins long. Long enough for people to know to keep their distance. You were a shy person with only one friend in hawkins. Dustin henderson. The curly headed kid was nice and the only person who had welcomed you to Hawkins high. Despite being a freshman, he wasn’t scared to approach the new senior.
Dustin swore up and down that his friends in the hellfire club had been dying to meet you. He's been trying to convince you for months to sit with them at lunch and befriend some of the club. You’d told him excuse after excuse as to why you can’t sit with them. well. today he wasn’t having it.
“Hi guys! this is my friend i’ve been talking about! the one I always try to convince to eat with us.” Dustin says while dragging your arm, forcing you to sit beside him.
“Hi.” you say meekly while making eye contact with the club members around the table. Your eyes land on the boy at the head of the table. Eddie Munson. You quickly look down at your tray of food. His stare makes you nervous.
Eddie smiles to himself before saying “it’s nice to meet you, friend of Dustin.” The group laughs, the awkwardness fading.
The club goes back to making conversation like they were before you’d sat down. But Eddie kept sneaking glances at you. He's heard of you, the “new freak” as Jason liked to call you. If Jason didn’t like you, Eddie knew you were someone he wanted to know.
»»————- ★ ————-««
He’d never approached you because you’d always seemed so upset at school. Like you wanted to be anywhere else. One time Eddie had seen you at the grocery store with your mother and little brother. You had the biggest smile on your face as you and your brother picked out some candy for your movie night. He saw your mother looking at her children with so much love.
Eddie knew then that you were someone he desperately wanted to be friends with. Just because you're shy doesn't mean you don't deserve to have any friends! Hey, he didn’t have any friends until 11th grade when he met Garrett.
Eddie thought you were devastatingly beautiful, you had hair that rivaled his and eyes that were deep and light at the same time, like you saw and knew everything the world had to offer. He wanted to sit and stare at you and call you sweet things so you’d blush and smile at him. He wanted to be friends. Yes, anything with you was good as long as he could speak to you.
»»————- ★ ————-««
Throughout lunch the club had been asking you questions about yourself, where you had moved from, have you ever played dnd, and things like that. You were so shy you kept your eyes on your food. You felt bad but you were outside of your comfort zone.
After lunch, you were dumping your tray in the trash when you felt someone behind you. You quickly move out of the way, set your tray down and walk to your locker to get your books for your next class.
“Hey! Wait up!" Eddie calls as he catches up to you.
You turn, shocked that he had wanted to talk to you. Did you do something wrong? Did he not want you to sit with them again? Does he feel like you're stealing Dustin from him? All these thoughts went through your anxious mind while he caught up to where you were standing.
“Hey, I just wanted to check that you were feeling okay? Did we make you uncomfortable? I'll yell at the guys if they did anything." Eddie says to you, bending, trying to catch your shy gaze.
"Oh… no, they didn’t say anything. I'm just a shy person. I'm sorry if I made it uncomfortable. I won't sit with you guys again.” you mumble, turning around to walk away.
“Wait a second,” Eddie says while reaching out for your arm. “You didn’t do anything, I swear. I just wanted to be the one to invite you back to sit with us tomorrow! but only if you want to! You don’t have to be friends with us just because Dustin is. we’d love to have you! no pressure though.” he says to you in a sweet, soft tone as to not make you scared of him. He knows he can be too much and freak people out.
You just stand there and gape at him. He's kidding right? you didn’t even contribute to the conversation! Maybe he really is in a cult and trying to recruit people. even if that person is a weird girl who has no friends and sits alone. why would he want her to join his cult-
“You can say no.” Eddie cut off your train of thought. “I won't be offended, I promise.” Eddie says, nervous that your silence means you’re scared of him.
“Um… sure. I'll see you tomorrow eddie.” you say, giving him a small smile and walking away. Why is your heart beating so fast? It has to be because you’ve never had a conversation with a boy other than Dustin, for longer than a minute. you were just nervous right? you hope that’s why you’re out of breath.
»»————- ★ ————-««
“Baby! Dustin’s on the phone for you!” Your mother shouts up the stairs. You hop off your bed, wearing your comfy pajama pants that you had to cuff so they fit properly, and your chunky cardigan. You race downstairs and take the phone from your mother.
“Hey Dusty what’s up?” you ask, leaning against the wall while your eyes drift to what your moms making for dinner.
“Hey! i just wanted to tell you that you’re officially invited to sit with us at lunch until the end of time.” he says in a dramatic voice.
You huff out a laugh, “thanks, but Eddie already personally invited me.” you brag. only Dustin can bring out the smugness in you
“Okay Mrs. Popular! had no idea that he would do that, especially with how he can’t shut up about you.” Dustin says in a sing-song voice.
“WHAT.” you shout into the phone, making your mother drop the knife she was chopping onions with. “sorry.” you mumble to her, turning your attention back to dustin.
“Yeah, he won’t shut up about how pretty your hair was today or something. He wants to know what shampoo you use by the way, but says he can’t get as much volume as yours has.” Dustin laughs.
You’re mortified, he was looking at you? Noticing you? Talking about you? What was in the air today?
“What else has he been saying?” you speak into the phone, whispering so your mom doesn’t hear. she hears anyway, trying desperately to hear what your friend on the other end of the phone was saying.
“He said something about your perfume, I don't know. He was mostly rambling. I didn't catch much.” Dustin admits.
What the hell could Eddie Munson be thinking about you? thinking about you so much after one day of knowing him? You try to slow your heartbeat but you know the blush on your face is giving you away. You’d better go before you get so flustered that you wish for the ground to open up and swallow you.
“Sorry dusty I gotta go finish my english essay, i’ll see you tomorrow okay?” you tell him.
“Yeah! sure no problem! see you tomorrow!” he says and hangs up. You take a second to hook the phone on the wall, thinking about the conversation you just had. This is definitely too good to be true. right?
“So,” your mom says, smirking. “Who was that?”
“Oh! no one! just my friend dustin. I sat with him and his friends at lunch today.
“And, how’d it go?” Your mom asks, curiously. She knows you don’t have many friends, and how hard it is for you to open up.
“It went okay, they asked me if I'd like to sit with them again tomorrow. I think I'll say yes.” you smile sheepishly.
“That's great honey! I'm so happy for you! you’ll have to tell me all about it. And this mystery boy.” she laughs, seeing how red your face went.
“I gotta go finish my homework.” you say before racing back to your room. What the hell was going on today? You sit on your bed, looking in the mirror across your room. “Hopefully tomorrow I won't embarrass myself,” you say outloud to yourself.
»»————- ★ ————-««
You did. You embarrassed the shit out of yourself. First, you tripped over your own feet when you saw Eddie walking to his locker this morning. Then you walked into the wall when he caught your eye in the hallway between classes. And to top it all off, you choked on your sandwich when he sent a wink your way after making a joke at Dustin’s expense.
You had made a fool out of yourself and you hadn't even known him for 48 hours. You shared history class with him, and today when he walked in, he stood there glaring at your desk partner until they got the message and moved seats. He sat down beside you with a grin on his face.
“Good morning. How'd you sleep? Dream of me?” He asked with a cocky smirk that had you squeezing your thighs together.
“F-fine.” You stammered, nervous under his gaze. You were seriously starting to wonder if this was a prank. Why would he ask if you've dreamt about him? I mean you had but why would he want you to?
The period passed slowly, with him whispering jokes in your ear, doodling on your hand, and unashamedly flirting with you. Your face was beet red at the end of the hour and your palm hurt from how hard your nails had been biting into the flesh there. He knew he made you nervous. He had some kind of power over you. You were immune to his words and his honey sweet voice whispering in your ear. You needed today to be over.
»»————- ★ ————-««
When the final bell had rang, you were at your locker packing up your things. Tring to remember which subjects you had homework for, so you can bring the right books home. You're putting your biology textbook in your bag when you feel a tap on your shoulder.
Assuming it's Dustin, you say “Not today Dusty. I've had a stressful day, maybe this weekend we can work on it.”
“Work on what?” A voice who is not Dustin replies. You whirl around, coming face to face with Eddie. Just who she wanted to get away from.
“Oh! Um, me and Dustin have been working on an idea he had for a new dnd character. I was just helping him with the name and stuff.” You mumble, scuffing the toe of your boot on the linoleum floor.
“That's cool! Hey, I was wondering if you wanted a ride home? I noticed that you walked home and wanted to offer my awesome driving services.” He smiles at you, with his big puppy dog eyes.
“I'm okay Eddie, but thank you.” You smile up at him, hoping he’ll start making his way to his van. What you weren't expecting was him to take your hand, and have the biggest pout you've ever seen.
“Why not? Do I make you uncomfortable? I've been flirting with you and making you blush like crazy. I don't know, maybe I'm reading things wrong but I think you like me. I know I like you.” This is the first time you've seen him nervous, like he expects to be rejected. You feel your heart seize. Maybe he wasn't sending mixed messages, you were. Of course he liked you. Any idiot could see that.
Eddie didn't make you uncomfortable at all! You were so shy that any form of attention made you nervous, no matter if you liked him or not. Of course you liked him! You'd be stupid not to.
“I'm sorry Eddie. I didn't realize that maybe I was being confusing. I do like you. It's weird. Yesterday we had never spoken, now I feel like I've known you forever. If you'll still have me, even after I've unknowingly been rejecting you all day, I'd like for you to drive me home.” you admit while smiling up at him, trying to convey what you feel with your eyes.
“Sweetheart, why didn't you just say that! Plus I like girls who play hard to get so it wasn't too bad.” He winks at you while putting his arm around your shoulders, guiding you to his van.
He helps you up into the passenger side and jogs over to the drivers side and hops in. He smiles at you and starts the engine, pulling out of the parking lot.
“Alright doll, before we start anything serious,” He says in a playful voice, “Why the hell did you let Henderson introduce you to dnd and not me? I'm the master babe, literally.” He wiggles his eyebrows making you laugh.
»»————- ★ ————-««
Your first date is spent at his kitchen table, him slowly explaining the rules to you while you take notes, hoping that on your second date you'll get to play with hellfire.
“I’ll go easy on you for your first campaign, but those other idiots…” He grins at you, withholding his sadistic campaign plan he has in store.

You hear Eddie before you see him. You just have time to give yourself a once over in the mirror before you open your door, and hop down the steps to your house. Eddies sat there in his van, waiting for you. When he sees you, he grins and jumps out. He runs to the passenger side to open the door for you.
“M’lady,” he says, while bowing you into the van. You smile and pat his head while climbing up into your seat.
Eddie had been teaching you how to play dnd and tonight was the first time you would partake in a real campaign. With real players. With people you know. You were beyond nervous.
“It's gonna be fine baby! They were all first timers once! And we never judged them or made fun of them. We're gonna have so much fun.” He says while smiling at you.
“Okay, if you say so.” You answer quietly. He takes your hand and kisses it, making you smile. He knew you could get in your head about things. That was fine, as long as he could bring you back out to him. Only he knew how to talk sense into you.
You arrived at the school, and he hopped out fast so he could get your door for you. He loved doing that. Being able to do things boyfriends do for their girlfriends. He was the kind of guy who took pride in being a real gentleman. Someone who you could brag about to your girlfriends.
“Hey guys!’ You hear behind you. Of course Dustin is here early to set up.
“Hey Dusty! Are you excited? The start of a new campaign should be pretty epic.” You gush to him, hoping that you don't sound like an idiot.
“I know! The guys and I are so excited you're gonna play with us. It's gonna be legendary.” Dustin smiles at you, while helping Eddie unload some of the equipment he would need for the campaign. Apparently Eddie has spent some money on some new props.
You help them bring in the boxes to the drama room. What the hell was in here? They were so heavy. You set down your box as soon as Eddie had unlocked the door. You were starting to get more nervous than excited. What surprise did Eddie have in store? No one knew.
“HOLY SHIT” you hear Dustin yell. You whip around, to see him with an open box in front of him. Before you could think, Eddie was behind him, holding his hand to Dustin's mouth.
“Dammit henderson. You weren't supposed to open that. Do not tell anyone. Alright?” Eddie says, while slowly dropping his head.
Dustin slowly nods, mouth agape. “I won't tell, but how they hell did you pay for those?” he asks.
“Just renting them for the campaign, they gave me a deal too, they know Wayne.” Eddie says smugly.
You take a step closer, trying to sneak a peek at what is in the box. Before you get any closer, Eddie has you by the shoulders, spinning you around. “Let's go look over here angel, I’ll let you sit on my throne.”
—---
Now that Dustin knew about the secret, he got to help set up the surprise and you had to wait in the hallway. Before you knew it, the other members started to show up.
“Hey! We didn't know you were staring tonight.” Garett said when he and Jeff walked up to the drama room.
Before you could reply, Jeff pointed to the door, “Is Eddie not here yet? I have a spare key so we can get in.” He says, starting to take his backpack off so he can grab the key.
“No! Eddie and Dustin are setting up a surprise so we have to wait for them to let us in.” You tell them. They lean on the wall with you, making small talk. Some more members showed up, while you and Garett explained why the door was closed.
The collective group were all curious and excited for what was to come. Some had guesses, none very realistic. You explained whatever it was, had fit into 5 cardboard boxes. Before the group could start theorizing, the door creaked open. The lights were off. That wasn't normal was it? You look at Garett and he looks just as confused as you feel.
He pushes the door the rest of the way open. There's a break in the dark light. A deep red is emanating from Eddie's throne. Suddenly the floor fills up with smoke, where the hell had Eddie gotten a smoke machine? But that wasn't it. Once everyone was through the door, a menacing sound came from unseen speakers. Holy shit. Is this what hellfire was always like?
As the music rose, the lights got brighter, and Eddie stepped out from behind his throne. He was grinning like a maniac. Once he sat, everyone raced to their designated seats so they could start. You found an empty chair next to Dustin. You smiled at him and sat down, pulling out your folder that Eddie helped you work on. You were so excited to see what was going to happen. It was comforting that you had the help of your party.
Throughout the campaign, the music flows with the energy of the campaign. How had Eddie orchestrated this so perfectly? He was an amazing Dungeon Master. There came a point where your character was the only one who could save the party. This was up to you to save them. You stood at the end of the table, facing Eddie. You were shaking the D20 in your hands, praying that you got enough to take down the thessalhydra that had attacked your group.
You looked around the table, at your friends who were counting on you. You looked at Eddie, who was staring at your hands. Usually he would stare down the saviour of the campaign, but he wanted you to do well. He needed you to. Because if you didn't, would you still want to go to hellfire permanently?
You let go of the die, crossing your fingers. You couldn't look. What if it wasn't enough to save the party? Would the campaign be over? It would be all your fault. They'd never invite you back-
“FUCK YEAH” Garrett screams while everyone cheers and celebrates. You looked down. You had just taken down the monster, saving the party, and ending the progress of the campaign for the night.
You stood there shocked, with your mouth open. You turn to look at Dustin, who is mirroring your expression. You both stare at each other. “FUCK YEAH” you both yell while putting your arms in the air. You did it!! Everyones cheering for you. The party has a group hug, with you in the middle. You get a glimpse of Eddie, who is smiling from ear to ear.
After all the commotion had died down, the group rushed to Eddie, asking him if they could rent the lights, smoke machine, and speakers again for next week. Eddie pretends to think about it, before yelling out “Of course we can, are you kidding me? That's the best session we've ever had.”
The magic of the night had affected them all. They had all been playing for years, but this felt like dnd reinvented. It was like they all fell in love with it for the first time again. It was magic. And Eddie had created that. They worshiped him for it.
Before you knew what you were doing, your feet carried you to Eddie's throne. You threw your arms over him and kissed him. Eddie was shocked. Was he that good that you kissed him in front of EVERYONE? He didn't think much more than that because his brain literally stopped working.
You broke apart, instantly getting shy. What did you just do? It was only your second date! What if he thought you were easy? Before you could think much more, Eddie pulled you in for another kiss. Pulling you out of your head and back to him.

Eddie strokes down the length of his guitar neck almost tenderly. You're focused on his hands rather than his mouth as he recounts last night's date to you, distracted by the deft movement of his fingers, which aren't exactly small. It's an oxymoron —paradoxical, even— that his thick fingers would move with such gentle precision.
You shift around where you're sitting on his bedroom floor, criss-cross applesauce with an uncomfortable heat rising from the bottomless pit of your stomach to your tight collar. The white button up you'd worn under your sweater vest is a size too small. You're really starting to notice.
You peel out of the vest and hope it'll help you calm down.
"She wasn't exactly sweet," Eddie says, plucking a string, listening to the sound, and tuning it this way or that depending on how he liked it. "I think she wanted to get it over with, which isn't really my thing. She was in my lap before I could make it clear I wasn't interested in anything quick."
You lift your gaze from his hands. He must feel you watching his face. He looks up in tandem and smiles reassuringly. "It's fine. I kind of thought she was getting into it, she was like a vampire on me at one point, but I wasn't feeling it and it's clear she wasn't either. Drove her home. How was your night, d'you watch that tape?"
You trace the coil of a black curl down to his shoulder, and can't force yourself to meet his eyes as you ask, "A vampire?"
"What?"
"She was like a vampire at one point, you said." Eddie's arm goes still. "What did you mean by that?" you ask.
He puts his guitar down on the floor. You worry you've said something truly dull for him to place his sweetheart in such a rush, but Eddie's like that. He can tell you're embarrassed no doubt, and he's giving you the answer to your question as swiftly as he can to soothe the wound.
"Here, look," he says. He pushes his hair away from his neck on one side and tilts his head, bearing a wine-stained curve of skin to you unabashedly. "She kissed me. She gave me a hickey, used a lot of teeth. That's why it's bruised so much on the edges."
Warmth you've never felt rushes in, like your blood has superheated, and it's written on your face. Eddie's room feels suddenly a thousand times smaller than before and more intimate, his poster wallpaper curving in, the space between you inching closer.
"Sorry," he says, "I know it's kind of weird to show you."
"No, I'm sorry," you say, mortified. "I shouldn't have asked you."
"Yeah, you should. You didn't get it and now you do. I don't mind telling you."
Eddie lets his hair fall back against his neck, a kinky curtain that looks ridiculously soft in the orangey light of his lamp. There's a butter smoothness to it, and the way he moves as he does is worse, his hand open and reaching for you. He doesn't hold your hand, doesn't even try, just lets his upturned palm hang off the edge of his knee as if to say, Ask me whatever it is you want to ask me. It's cool.
"Why would she do that?" you ask, gesturing to your neck.
"It's not her fault, I was flirting with her a ton trying to make it work."
"Not like that."
Eddie's hand turns toward his knee. "Like what?"
Your hand drifts to your own neck absentmindedly. You get kissing, wanting to be kissed and wanting to give them. You understand why she kissed his neck; if you'd been in her position, alone in the car with Eddie laying his charm on thick, you might climb the console and push aside his hair too.
"I know why she kissed you. I don't see why she…" You rub your lips together, your embarrassment turning sharp. You hate how humiliating this feels. "I know what a hickey is, Eds, but why would you want one?"
His turn to fluster. The tiniest tinge of pink paints his cheeks. "Are you asking me why I enjoyed it?"
"Did you?"
You despise yourself, truly. Worse when Eddie laughs, his chest forward, hair falling in his face as he chuckles sincerely.
"Yeah," he says, smiling at you "I liked it. Before she started trying to kill me I was having a good time."
He doesn't put you through the agony of asking what you both know he wants to.
You've never had one?
"It feels warm, and it's– you know how being kissed gives you butterflies, right? It's better than that. It's hot, and all her weight is on you and you have your hand on her back trying to pull her in, and she's as close as she can be without, you know." Something flickers across Eddie's face. Not longing, but a remembered pleasure. It makes you squirm.
"I don't see how it doesn't just hurt."
The hand that hadn't been reaching for you holds a pick. He flashes it between his fingers, a party trick, a nervous tic, his eyelashes tangling together as his eyelids inch closed. He scrunches his face up for a second.
"Don't hate me if I ask you something weird," Eddie says, eyes shut tight.
You don't think you could. You watch Eddie's face, knowing he can't see your analysis, and feel a shock of pins and needles in your hands when his eyes open and immediately lock on to yours.
"Do you want me to give you one?" he asks.
Your lips feel like they've been glued shut. You're aware of your breathing, how shallow each inhale has become, but you can't do anything about it.
He has the decency to acknowledge what position his question puts you in, "I know it might be weird but I can't describe it to you if you don't know what it feels like."
You surprise him. You surprise yourself. "Uh, yeah. Okay."
"Yeah?"
"It doesn't hurt?"
"Not unless you want it to." A hint of a smirk plays on his lips, though it fades quickly. "It doesn't hurt. That's not the point. But it can feel… foreign."
You nod jerkily, wishing you knew what to do.
The atmosphere is thick enough to cut through. Neither of you like it. Eddie gives you another type of smile, a familiar one that says, I'm your best friend, I always will be, so please chill out.
"You're gonna have to sit in my lap."
You actually laugh. "Eddie," you chastise, thinking it's a bad joke.
"Sorry, sweetheart, but it's that or the bed." His teasing tone is light, but he still adds, "I mean, we can do it sitting next to each other but it's difficult. Whatever you want, though."
You climb up on your knees. You're shy, absolutely, you always will be and especially when Eddie's teasing, but he really is your best friend, and the bed isn't happening.
He doesn't scare you.
He grins and ushers you toward him. "Alright, come here." He tugs one of your thighs over his lap and your breath catches. He grabs the other and any laughter between you abruptly dies.
You settle over his lap with an expression not far from pained. Eddie's hands rest against your thigh and your hip. He has to look up at you now, and he does as he encourages your weight firmly downward. You're more than conscious of where you're positioned.
"Do me a favour?" he asks.
"Yeah." You put your hand on his chest tentatively.
"Don't suffer through it if you hate it, okay? All you have to do is say something and I'll stop, but if you feel like you can't, a good right hook would work too."
"I'm not gonna hurt you," you protest.
"Me neither," he says. His hand lifts from your thigh to your neck, and he brushes his fingertips down the curve of it ineffectually. It would feel good if you weren't choking on air. "Relax, sweetheart. Please."
"I'm really warm."
"Your shirt's too tight anyway," he says, hand at your collar. He thumbs open your top button, a second, and exposes the flat of your chest. His fingers slide across your neck as he folds back your starched collar. They're cool compared to the raging heat he finds there.
You take a deep breath.
"You could put your hands in my hair," he says. Wishful thinking has hope colouring his tone.
You put your hands on his shoulders. The very tips of your fingers partition his curls.
He raises an arm above your mess of limbs to weave a hand behind your ear. It's then that you feel his callouses, so rough against the delicate skin of your scalp. Despite their texture, you find it feels good. He tucks his hand in tight, and slowly, slowly turns your head to the side.
"Look up," he murmurs.
You lift your head and stare at the ceiling with widened eyes.
He can't know but he does, and he says, "Close your eyes." The heat of his breath kisses your neck.
You shiver at the suggestion of his lips, and again when they press to your skin. Close-lipped, Eddie kisses the skin just under your ear where on the opposite side of your head his thumb strokes quarter circles. You're quickly overwhelmed by the duelling sensations. You don't notice his lips have parted until he's kissing a sloven path downward, his spit cooling in wake.
This isn't a hickey, this is straight up kissing, and you don't know what to do with how you feel. You hide your hands in his hair.
It tugs him forward. He reads your hands for enthusiasm, and if it is or isn't he pulls you closer still and opens his mouth against your skin. His teeth are impossible to ignore.
Your hand works further into his hair, getting caught in a tangle as he sucks your skin between his lips. His lazy mouthing turns insistent but still gentle, his teeth scratching ever so slightly at your pulse as it capers beneath his ministrations. You gasp at the warmth blossoming under your ribs. You cup the back of his neck a touch too tight.
He doesn't stop kissing you, only grabs your wrist to stop you from choking him out. You make a sound you've never made with him before, a mewl, all breathless and teary as the sensation worsens. Which is to say, betters.
He breaks a particularly rough kiss to suck in breath, his nose sliding up the curve of your neck as he leans back. "You okay?" he murmurs, half-lidded eyes locking onto your flushed face.
"Why does it feel like that?" you ask.
He drops his head, his nose level with your chin. "I don't know," he says, punctuating with a kiss right there, the closest bit of skin he can find. "Want me to do it again?"
You swallow and he must see it. He says nothing, wrapping his arms around your waist as he waits for you to respond. Your stomach pushes into his, your arms braced on his shoulder so you don't collapse into his front, limp with touch.
"Sweetheart, can I do it again?" he asks.
"Yeah," you say, quiet but enthusiastic. "Please."
He's slower this time. Eddie leans into your neck and doesn't kiss you at first, his lips so close to your skin that you can feel their phantom. You skin tingles from his previous scandalising, and it doesn't beg, skin can't beg, but you can, you curl your arm behind his neck and hook his head there, crushing his hair to the crook of your arm. He doesn't take much convincing beyond that. His lips smush against your neck and you feel every millimetre as they part, heat and warmth and wet spreading like budding flowers come to bloom. You melt into him soon after, and Eddie takes your weight in stride, hand at the small of your back and pulling you in so hard you can feel his ribs.
When you think you're used to it —not used to it, but expecting what can be expected— Eddie nips you. Tiny dainty kisses broken up with a nibbling you'd couldn't describe as anything but playful. He laughs at your gasping and does it again, again, giddy hot laughter mixed with one of the strangest feelings you've ever been subjected to. You're molten. You're dizzy with it.
Eddie pulls back enough to ask, "I'm gonna undo another button, okay? Just one. Is that alright?"
"What for?"
"So I can kiss your shoulder. Just your shoulder." He sounds pleading, desperately excited in a way you've never heard him and you want to know what it'll feel like, so you let him.
This next button unveils the top of your bra and the soft hills of your breasts. He doesn't look, barely glances at his hand as he tugs your shirts down your arm, diving into the juncture of your neck like he needs it to breathe. His kisses are proper compared to some of the stuff he's been doing, but then he opens his mouth and the flat of his tongue wets your skin as he kisses kisses kisses down your shoulder. His hand is somewhere under your shirt, fingers slipped under your bra strap and pulling teasingly at the elastic as he eases you down in his arms. You're shorter than him where you'd started taller, totally compressed in his arms and at his mercy.
When he pulls back, the slimmest ribbon of spit shines between your shoulder and his lips. He wipes his face with the back of his hand, his eyes glassy, and that hand cups your face. He pretty much grabs you, but there's not a lick of cruelty in his touch. Eddie's rough. Never cruel.
"You're on fire," he says. It's objective rather than joking. "You're so hot. Do you want to stop?"
"Not– not unless you want to," you say, trying to quieten your breathing. You sound like you've run a marathon. It feels like it.
"I'm gonna give you a real one, cool?"
"I didn't know they weren't real."
"Oh, sweetheart," he says, and his eyes are damning, a loving pity in the black of his blown pupils, "I was just warming you up."
Your mind blanks.
"Make sure I can hide it," you say.
You aren't thinking straight, concerned about hiding his hickeys but not what this means for the two of you. His unexpected hunger, and your willingness to let him eat you whole.
"I don't think you can hide it anymore," he says, stroking your cheek with his thumb.
You look down at his lips. They're rosy, swollen from the pressure.
He sees you looking.
He yanks you in by the waist and sizes you up, almost, like he's calling your bluff, not spiteful but something mean about him as he stares at your mouth in return.
Like he doesn't want you to make the mistake. Like he knows you won't.
His hand tips your chin up high and he ducks his own down. An inch and you'd be kissing. That's all it would take.
"Is that really what you want?" he asks.
"I don't know," you say. Is it what he wants?
It has to be.
"Have you wanted to, before?" He draws a line down your cheek with his marriage finger. Fast as a heavy tear. "You want me to kiss you?"
"Yeah," you whisper, trying to make sense of this, your sudden confession, a secret want pushed into the light.
Eddie turns his hand and strokes down your cheek with the back of it, pushing any dampened baby hairs away from your skin. His gaze softens.
"Was that so hard?" he asks.
"You knew?"
He kisses you. He's smiling, and he doesn't take just one. He must kiss you four or five times, your lips parted enough to know he could push it further if he wanted, but he doesn't. These kisses are unhurried, missing the ravenous passion of his hickeying but not the fondness.
"You don't know how hard it is," he says after he's broken away, his forehead tipped against yours, "how hard it is to have someone look at you like you look at me everyday, like I'm something you can't have."
"I didn't know–" you knew. You felt the same. His kissing is evidence alone. it's confessional.
"I know. Guess I thought nothing good would come of it, but– but I don't want good. I want you."
He pulls back quickly, like you've said something confessional rather than him. He surprised himself.
"I'm not good?" you ask.
"You're good. You'll ruin me, that's all."
You don't have time to ask him what he means by that. He kisses you again, kisses your cheek, draws a line of crescent moons down along your neck to the mess he's made of you. He kisses– he sucks your neck so hard, so sudden, that goosebumps erupt and you can't stop yourself from saying, "Ohh," as you cling to his shoulders.
This is the vampire thing he'd talked about, the points of his teeth stark against your skin even now. There's another layer of vulnerability unveiled here, knowing that he could really hurt you and knowing he never would. He kisses you until you're overwhelmed by him. Heat everywhere. Sweat shining on your skin. You don't want anything else but this.
You squeak as the pressure turns from pleasurable to too much. Eddie hears the pain in it and pulls away, instantly sorry and willing to prove it, his hands cradling your face.
You pant. He shushes you gently.
"Sorry, baby." He pets your cheeks.
Your head falls back, too heavy on your sore neck. You feel wiped.
Wiped, but good. Lax.
"That was nice," you say breathlessly.
Eddie sits up and drags you with him, hand behind your neck to prop you up. He's laughing again, his awful sweet laugh that you've heard a thousand times before. It never fails to make you smile.
"You're like a dead fish."
You cover an eye with your hand. "I take it the romance is over."
"You thought that was romantic? Babe, I'm only getting started."
Eddie gives you a quick peck. Where his hickey had felt like the heart of a star growing hotter with each passing second, his smaller kiss feels like the sun through blinds, a dappling of warmth.
"Are you messing with me?" you ask.
He pushes his arms over your shoulders for a hug.
"No. Not messing with you." His nose rubs against the shell of your ear. "It's about time we talked."
You let your hand drift down the dip of his back.
"Okay," you mumble. Talking. You need to talk about whatever it is that just happened.
"...Maybe I'll get you a glass of water first," he adds.
"That's a good idea."

Ohhh you ask me about my coping mechanism for Eddie's death?
Pretending he is still alive by reading fluff imagines/ fanfictions in which he made it out alive and has a well deserved happy ever after...
Whether it's healthy or not?
Probably not but try and change my way.. best of luck doing that
Honestly reading Eddie Munson fluff imagines/ fanfictions is my type of self care at this point...

Warnings: mild cursing, my English (English isnt my mother tongue)
Soooo y'all know I'm a proud member of the "gaslighting myself" and "eddie is alive" club...
But there is something about Eddie's death that is sooooo annoying to me that it NEEDS to be mentioned!
Beforehand y'all should know that I hate it when people do NOT take their own advises to heart.
AND THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT EDWARD "EDDIE THE FUCKING FREAK" MUNSON DID!!!!
This little son of a goddess told Dustin to "NeVeR cHaNgE"
But then when Eddie was at the point of his life where he should NOT change a thing (meaning him running away from the bats and NOT play the hero by fighting them) THIS LITTLE MOTHERFUCKER DECIDED "SCREW MY ADVISE AND LET'S CHANGE EVERYTHING TO THE WORST" !!!!
Little fucker could be alive if he decided to STAY ON HIS FUCKING PATH AND TO RUN AWAY!!!
Anyways thanks for coming to my Ted Talk <3 and sorry for the mild cursing ;)<3
