Yes, Feitan is clingy. However, I think he'd understand his job is dangerous and keep you far, far away from that side of him. That is, if you aren't a member.

If you are, he'd probably just keep you from getting too close to other members. You aren't allowed to hug them, only him.

He'd always have his hands on you, whether his hands were on the small of your back, holding your waist, holding your hands, or around your shoulders.

If you did start talking to another member more, conscious or not, he would drag you away from them after a while.

No words would be spoken, but you could tell he was mad and disappointed in you. His grip would probably be harder than normal.
