Waaah, which Moods are you at? Do they team up and take turns on steering and braking/clutching/accelerating? They look great, pet them both from me!!!

Every girl needs a tractor 🚜🎀

Do you guys use the manual point focus on your cameras or do you let the camera set the focuspoint itself? If the problem is that the camera is picking the wrong focuspoint (like the nose!), you can tell your camera that you want to use a specific point out of your focuspoints, that might help you! Feeling your feels on the exposure-problematics though (horay for black and white dogs!), do you shoot in raw or .jpg file formats? My main problem is my dogs running so fast my lens cannot focus fast enough.
PS: Both of you post amazing photos!
The problem with photographing Zelda is that her blaze and mane always gets overexposed and her nose is always in focus. It never goes, and I’m on the verge of giving up now….Â
I use the autofocus too, but you can tell your camera to focus in one spot instead of it picking to focus on what it THINKS you want it to focus on! It will be a set point, so you know that if you compose the image so for example the eyes/one of the eyes are in this set spot, the camera will try to focus on them (might be some focus issues in low light though, but that problem will be present when the camera automatically picks the focus point anyway) :) See this video https://youtu.be/icH3hFGDl8A?t=92 I know it’s not the same camera-model as yours, but I think it’s pretty much the same way to set it up on yours. Give it a try, it might help you! That is my silly Farris (4 years old, from kennel Eagermind); sometimes he looks like this:

But most of the times he’s just a little lovely goofball! Also the tric with the blue eye (none of his parents are merle! He also has an uncle tric with a blue eye).

I think this speaks for itself...

Hope it might help you! Even though I already think you take alot of gorgeous photos! And his kennelname is Eagermind Villa Fidelius :) I love him, even if he could never be a showdog due to his eye and his ears... Shame blue eyes isn’t allowed on tric dogs, IMO it looks great on them.

So glad to be of help!!! Also, pssst, I think Eagermind is planning another sheltie litter (see here), just saying!

Wow, love that! The world (or, err, Norway) is a small place! The bliss is strong in this family? Haha!

His father ( Starbelle Tough Enough) only has a tiny blaze, but Farris’ mother, Mellsjøhøgda’s Vision of Trust “Villa“ has a tiny one but it stretches behind her neck, with a nice white collar. However; Farris resembles his grandfather alot (but much less fur) in my opinon! None of the following photos are mine, but these are some of Farris’ relatives! Mother Mellsjøhøgda’s Vision of Trust:

Father Starbelle Tough Enough:

Grandfather (on father’s side) Katiedale’s Ace of Spaces “Angus”:

Uncle on father’s side: Starbelle Tinsel (also sports the one blue eye, but on the opposite side!)

Need to touch it, need to touch it!!!!

She is such a goofballÂ
@simplyixia Norwegian! Danish, Swedish and Norwegian are related languages, and alot of people can understand the two others if they know one of them! :) @zeldathesheltie I could scan the entire page for you if you want? Its an ad for the breeder, stating that Zelda and her siblings were their first litter!

@zeldathesheltie Zelda, is that you??? :D
She is just so adorable!!!

Don’t look at the camera Zelda-pelda..
