one day of 40k steps

listen to two full, "new" albums

write at least twice every day

choose mostly healthier food options

i'll change & update this next one every day, but here are my goals for Oct. 1 (today):

go another day without an emotional meltdown

spend one full hour off of my phone

check off/complete my 40k steps goal

download duolingo + choose + start learning

work a little further at controlling my stims
