I want to be a 9-1-1 Operator and need advice

I am currently in college and plan on becoming a 9-1-1 operator and I wanted to ask all current or past 9-1-1 operators some questions?

1.) What classes did you take that helped you?

2.) What classes do you WISH you had taken that would have helped?

3.) Are there any skills that I can start learning NOW that will help me?

Any and all help would be fantastic as I really want to do this and want to be good at it too! Thank you!
