I love exploring unhealthy dynamics. The psychological aspect of abusive relationships, the trauma that is behind incest, all of that.

Like...my OC is literally stuck in an unhealthy relationship that he himself doesn't want to escape because this is the only thing he knows and what gives him comfort. Will he get out? Yes, when his partner attempts to actually kill him. Will he get in a healthy relationship and all will be good? Yes and no. He gets in a healthy relationship but he constantly has the feeling that something is wrong. He is treated well but he lives in constant fear that it will end. He will get his own healing but slowly....because this is what trauma does to a person.

You can see by my blog that I love fluff. I usually can't read heavy and dark stuff because of my emphaty level and how it causes me a feeling of panic but at the same time, I love complex relationships.

Is Quackitys and Schlatts relationship healthy in canon? Not really. Is any relationship on dsmp healthy? Heck no. Doesn't mean that I can't write stuff where they are happy...because fuck the angst. Let my babies kiss during sunset.

Honestly I hate how people view fandom enjoyment nowadays

It's kind of like how people view little girls playing with their dolls.

The narrative is always posed that any little girl that doesn't treat her dolls nicely and play sweetly with them all the time is Weird and Evil, and "there must be something wrong with her!", when in reality‚ most of them never play tea party and are instead playing Lesbian Zombie Apocalypse and Murder Drama Reality Show.

In the same manner‚ a lot of people in fandom spaces aren't vigorously consuming fluff and pure "mOrAl" content at every hour of the day. Some people like spice. Some people like unhealthy dynamics. Some people like to see their favorite characters get kidnapped and tortured. None of that should stand as a reflection of someone's real-life stance on those topics, and they shouldn't be belittled for what makes them happy.

I still adore the detail of how Quackity can say the most unhinged, horny, flirtatious thing without anything but a grin but when flirted back he becomes a stuttering mess. Makes me think of Q having a bad or simply stressful day in the cabinet, going again through the same documents.
