If I hadn't discovered deleting my search history as a overly-curious child, I would have been institutionalized at the tender age of 11. Whether that is a blessing or a bad omen; we shall fucking see (adult, she/her, and call me whatever makes sense within reason)

shading colour tips
hey yall its me the Art Mom™ to help you shade pretty
rule 1: DO NOT SHADE WITH BLACK. EVER. IT NEVER LOOKS GOOD.
red- shade with a slightly darker shade of purple
orange- slightly darker and more saturated shade of red
yellow- i think like..a peach could work but make it a really light peach
green- shade with darker and less saturated shade of blue or teal
blue- shade with purple
purple- a shade thats darker than the purple you’re using and maybe a little pink (MAYBE blue)
pink- darker shade of red
white- a really light lavender or blue..or i guess any really light colour??
black- okay listen dont use pure black to colour anything unless you want to leave it with flat colours because you cant really shade black lol
grey- a slightly darker shade of purple or blue (less saturated)
brown- slightly darker and less saturated shade of purple or red
aaaaand thats all i got lol. let me know if there is anything i should add to this list!!
do you tips on how to draw profile faces and 3/4 quarter faces because thats something i struggle with since the position with the neck and faces are complicating

I not that good at giving tip so well...anyway here hope it helpful and understandable
-for profile face [why it call side face profile face isn’t profile face should be front side?]
-well the eyes shape is important and we can see the ear showing full.

for 3/4 face. to tell you the truth after try learning anatomy drawing stuff etc. the result ending to just drawing it and it looks natural [if not then find a similar reference it the easiest way]
I depend on gut feeling
-the inner eyes will be smaller and the nose isn’t in the middle of the face.
the cross line is helping a bit to guide where the face turning to.
the ear isn’t showing full anymore too!

unless you giving me your drawing I can’t tell a direct tip but if this Tip helping then it good for ya.

My companion piece for “put me back in it” by @ebongawk (my wife)
As part of the #reylozier collection
Based on Francesca by Hozier (my fav song 🥹)
Hey hey hey! 💕 🤠 I am trying to find some references/tutorials of the heads in different angles like left, right, top, from the back etc. If you can please and even if you can't thank you! Love your account.

This one was pretty highly requested and includes drawings that cover chins, jaws, necks, and heads.
Notes & Measurements
Approximately : bottom of eye to the bottom of the chin = chin to collar bone
Do not flatten the back of the head, unless your character has a dent in their head.
It’s easier to draw these angles if you draw a cross that guides the eye line and then the flat vertical ( | )line of the face.

Putting these images because they are in public domain:

For the back. of head, I think the most important part for a convincing drawing is paying to attention to how the neck/shoulders look from behind and then the ears!

Hope this helps!
