guidelines:
🌺 - find your favorite 0c cold drinks and sip on them all day long <3 iced tea, flavored sparkling water, energy drinks, etc! make sure to also have some water to beat the heat.
🌺 - wear swimsuits, tank tops, shorts, etc. and use that as motivation to work harder. get used to wearing clothes you dream of wearing in the future, because the future is starting now!!
🌺 - do cute tropical activities to fill the time. go outdoors a lot, though be mindful you don’t get heatstroke.
🌺 - eat later in the day, because the sun sets later! follow the sun and take photos of every sunset and sunrise you see. take cozy naps in the natural warmth, before it slips away to autumn

start your day with some fruit. have a serving of pineapple, peaches, oranges, or anything you enjoy and have on hand!



once things get a bit more exciting, have a 0c drink and chop up a small cucumber. dice a tomato, then mix that with the cucumber. take a small ball of mozzarella cheese and slice it however you'd like, then add salt, pepper, and a tiny bit of balsamic!



for a late night dinner, either buy a poke bowl from a place that sells them, or make your own. go light on the rice and add lots of veggies!!
