This is my main blog. I do have a few side blogs for my writing and crafting (and my cat). Originally, this was a sims 2 blog, but now I post about reading and just about anything I’m thinking. I hope you’ll join me! I’m going to try to be more consistent in 2023.

We Kept The Jar For The Label, But Put The Sauce In A Ziploc To Freeze It. Thanks Again!
We kept the jar for the label, but put the sauce in a ziploc to freeze it. Thanks again!
(Our dad’s name is Bob, so that’s the joke. He loved it!)

Pizza night week 3! Calzones, take 2. This week I tried Pillsbury Mini Pizza Crusts. They’re basically biscuit dough. I flattened them out and added the filling. They’re pretty good, but I think I like last week’s version better.
The best part of these is the sauce, though. My brother, @paraphernalia-wagon , made homemade tomato sauce for my dad for his birthday! I used that for the sauce in these and it is delicious! Thanks so much, bro! We have half the jar left for next week’s pizza night!

So, I've been playing a new version of Bluewater Village (and by playing I mean I've spent the past two days just trying to set it up and so far I've only made over Malcolm and his mansion...)
I'm probably not going to share a whole lot on here, but I found this picture too funny to resist.

Making apple crisp (hopefully)!
It’s in the oven right now. I basically spiralized my apples and then chopped them up. Couldn’t find the apple corer-peeler-slicer or whatever it is, my favorite doohickey, but we have a spiralizer that worked pretty well. It sliced them really thin. I might use that again for something else. Apple and peanut butter sandwich maybe?
Anyways, I sliced my apples and then put a little lemon juice on them while I made the topping. I mixed quick oats with cinnamon, brown sugar, and some of the apple butter we got yesterday at the same place as the apples. It’s baking for 45 minutes now and smells delightful. I will update when they are done! (I’m doing 2 trays so I can give one to my brother.)
