This is so beautiful 😍, Robo we are proud of the person you became and I especially am grateful I can call you my friend! Life is indeed harsh but you proved time and time again you can pull through!! Have a wonderful pride month!!! 🥳🏳️‍🌈

So this pride month. I wanna share my story.

Hi, I'm Edward Furness or better known as Robo. And I am a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ Community.

As most people did I started out as a young child. I was 12 when I came out as a small little Bisexual girl. I was teased, bullied and humiliated for it but I brushed past it. Before coming out as a proud lesbian.

Then, I met my new friends and they opened up the world to me of being transgender, Non binary and all these amazing gender spectrums..

Before I started feeling out of place with my gender and my identity.

I then came out as a non binary. A person who doesn't feel they fit with either sex. And that's what I became! Logan. I became Logan for about a year and a bit. And it came with struggles.. Alot and lot of struggles. I'm glad I didn't stick with Logan however.

After this, I fell fully into the trans section. Feeling 100% more confident as a man and being transgender brought me a world of possibilities. Even giving me the courage to go back to old shows I loved as a child. Thomas and Friends being the main one.

There, I fell for a mid sized beautiful blue tender engine named Edward.

And from then on I was Edward. I became Edward, I live and breathed the name. Hearing it in college made me feel 10x more confident and proud to be.

Finally, in August 2020, I legalised my name Edward Furness with my beautiful girlfriend.. And I never ever want to go back to the way I lived.

If you are hearing this story, just go for it! Live your life how you want too. And don't let anyone hold you back. Life is full of shit. Ups and downs and complications. But only you can make it what it is. You can lead yourself down the safe path and a confident path. I was.. Lucky to be born into a loving and accepting family. But for some it isn't as easy and I understand. But hold on! You can get through it. I have every faith in you

Quick post before class starts.

So @mothtrrash made me remember my first ttte Au I made before I was actively posting on tumblr with their dragon post. In this Au all the engines are dragons working on the railways instead of locomotives.

I started writing it, made some fanart, got stuck in between chapters and classified it as discontinued. I still have strong feelings for this Au but don’t have the inspiration to return to it yet with my other Au Gold Dust Adventures almost ready to take off.

Thank you again Moth for remembering me from were I started and for all of you enjoy dragon Edward and Thomas.

I found more!!!

The first thing I did when I came home was sorting out my folders and I finally found the rest of my dragon Au drawings.

I was proud how Thomas, Edward and Henry turned out but not so much with Gordon. Gordon’s fur patterns came out wrong and I knew I had to redesign him but I never came to it since I lost inspiration already.

James and Percy came out better. I made them both EXTRA fluffy.

I later did some full body study of Thomas and a doodle of diesel with ducklings.

I also did some cover art for the fic I was writing but never properly finished. I did a slight redesign on Gordon and this is also the first time I properly designed Anne, who was going to be a major part of the story as well.

That’s all I was able to recover from my files. I won’t post the fanfic because I have no interest of continuing it. But I have gotten the feeling back for drawing dragons. So who knows... maybe I do another dragon Au.
