Sova Loved The Archery. The Sensation Of The Bow Bending To His Strength, The Sound Of The Arrow Piercing
Sova loved the archery. The sensation of the bow bending to his strength, the sound of the arrow piercing the air, the satisfaction of seeing his target hit. You preferred knife throwing. The comforting weight of your blade in your hand, your muscles flexing around you weapon, the release after you threw it.
And you two loved each other and wanted to understand your partner better.
"Sova darling, your bow definitely hates me," you groaned.
Manipulating a bow demanded more strength that you initially thought. The bowstring was capricious between your gloved fingers and the arrow refused to stay in place. Sova definitely made it look easy.
"Knives definitely suits you better than it does to me, моя сова." he chuckled.
His hands were clumsily manipulating and dropping your knives. You giggled and grabbed his hands gently.
"Here, let me show you." you giggled. "Then you'll teach me archery, okay ?"
He nodded smiled and melt into your touch, admiring your skills and how the weapon seemed to obey each movements of your fingers.
It seemed like you two found a new way to spend some quality time.

Viper was a meticulous woman. After all, working with poisons demands the highest care and concentration. Especially the ones she put in her gear. She had specific protocols that she followed faithfully in her lab. A lab to which the quietness was easily shattered by your presence.
"…and if your gaz smelled good, you would lure ennemies like a witch lure children in her house with cakes and sweets and WHAM ! Dead. You could even add sparkles ! Sparkles are cool."
She put down the vial she was manipulating with a sigh.
"What are you doing here ?"
Your presence was not really a surprise. You often came here. But the reasons why oftenly diverged.
"I brought you coffee !" you beamed. "Extra black like you love !"
She was almost amazed by how you could memorized how she liked her drinks but incapable of remembering the rules in her lab. She wasn't complaining at the moment, though. Your coffee was the best she ever had the chance to drink.
"Thanks," she said simply after she took a sip. The coffee was still very warm, almost burning like she liked it.
"Anytime !" you chuckled.
Viper raised an eyebrow when she saw you pull a small tupperware out of a bag.
"Actually, I made you some dark chocolate flavored cupcakes you might like," you pushed the tupperware in her direction.
"What a waste of time and ingredients."
"I don't think so," you giggled. "I'm not like Chamber, I don't try to make you smile. The very faint spark in those beautiful emerald eyes of yours when I prepare you things is enough for me."
You looked at her and she noticed just now how your gaze could be heavy. She was nearly intimidated. You memorized all her likes and dislikes just to observe something barely existing ? Was she an experiment ? The smile you shot her with was gentle, charming even. Were you like the witch you mentioned earlier ? How amusing.
"Come on, Viper," you chuckled. "Take a bite."

You found Keyleth adorable. Her cute green eyes and beautiful long red hair. Her constant lost expression. She reminded you of a cute little baby predator unaware of its poisonous claws. Lost, dreamy, innocent yet so powerful. And so drunk.
"Why are you even drinking if you already know you're a lightweight ?" you giggled, holding her hair as she was throwing her guts out.
"Huh ?" she groaned.
You wiped the sweat off her forehead and coo at her. And she vomited again, holding the bucket more firmly.
"Competing with Grog in a drinking contest is definitely the shittiest idea you ever had." you sighed.
Once she's done pouring out her last meal in the bucket, you guided her to her room at the first storey of the inn. You tucked her in bed and left a jug full of lemon water on the nightstand.
"I feel like shit." she groaned.
"Figured," you caressed her hair gently. "Sleep well, little leaf. I'll be there when you wake up."
She closed her eyes and immediately fell asleep under your amused but smitten eyes.

i don't know if i'm just not looking in the right places but i can't find anywhere that says if you take request or not so i'm just curious if you do because you're writing is just so fucking yummy... it's like a three course meal
Thanks for the compliment, that's very sweet ^^
Honestly, I don't mind requests. But my brain is a picky eater : if a scenario doesn't make it shiver, it won't take it. My brain likes scenarios that make it travel or push it to create mini worlds it would enjoy exploring.
In other words, my brain is fussy, capricious and unashamedly selective. It would savor one scenario like a child would enjoy a dessert, but huff to another like some children in front of vegetables. And unfortunately for me, I am bound to work with its temper. If something doesn't please it, my fingers won't move.
I don't know if it is a curse or a blessing, to be honest.
Since you joined Valorant, Skye immediately noticed that you were avoiding her. You changed direction when you met her in the corridors, never sat beside her in the VLR/T before missions or straight up went out of the room when she sometimes joined a conversation you were in with another agent.
It was a pity, really, because you made a very good impression on her.
She often wondered if she offended you in some way. But she had not seen any hostility from you towards her. She even asked herself if you knew she existed. You never looked at her. Your eyes always glided on her as if she was an element of the decor.
Of course, other agents ended up noticing. They wondered what happened between you two for you to completely ignore Skye's existence. Agents like Jett, Phoenix and Yoru started betting on what could be the reason of such avoidance from you. Other agents like Gekko, Clove and Neon theorized on what could have happened between you two. Did you know each other before joining Valorant ? A heavy argument maybe ? These three could spend hours speculating on what was the problem between you two.
But one day, she managed to catch you as you went out of Sage's office.
"Wait !"
And for the first time, you looked at her. You kept your distance but you looked at her. She could finally feel your eyes on her and she felt the goosebumps on her skin under the intensity of your gaze. You waited, your stare neutral but your body indicated that you wanted to go away.
No. That you needed to go away.
"Did I do something wrong ?" she asked. "Did I offend you in some way ?"
You shook your head, your stare not moving.
"Then why are you avoiding me ?"
"You're manipulating plants I'm allergic to."
And you just walked away like nothing happened.
She wasn't expecting that. Your health was literally in danger in her presence. Still, she would have liked to know that in advance. At least, Skye now knew. If she could help you with your allergies, maybe she would finally be able to know you better.

Vax'ildan was so worried. He noticed the slight wince at each movement you made. He noticed the slight hitch in your breathing. He noticed the slight frown on your face when you thought people were not looking. When it came to you, Vax'ildan always noticed.
Vax'ildan was also somehow scared. Scared that you would shut him out the very second he would brought the subject of your wound on the table. He knew how stubborn you were, how you would roll your eyes at his concerns and wave him off. He knew you would scowl at him if he talked to Keyleth or Pike about the wound you were obviously hiding.
Somehow, he also felt slightly offended that you underestimated his observations skills. But he must admit that your acting skills deserved the highest praises. He watched you drinking and laughing with Grog and Pike from afar, a thoughtful frown on his face. People were still celebrating in the inn and alcohol was still on everybody's tongue. He observed you taking very small sip of your drink, not even flinching when Grog patted your back. And he waited. He knew you'd excuse yourself very soon.
And ten minutes later, like he predicted, you stood up from your chair to ascend the stairs leading to the rooms of the inn. He swiftly and discreetly followed you. But he was apparently not careful enough because the moment your hand grabbed the doorknob, your reflexes kicked in and you threw a dagger in his direction. He dodged it and the weapon stucked in the wall behind him.
"Fierce as always, love," he chuckled.
You just sighed and went in your room and of course, he followed you. You knew that it was useless to try to stop him since he was as stubborn as you were.
"I don't need any of your speeches," you hissed, walking towards the room's bathroom.
"Alright," he said simply, his steps still following yours.
"Nor any of your mockeries or lessons."
"Very well."
You casually lifted your top and slowly took off your used bandages. Without any words, Vax'ildan grabbed the alcohol and wordlessly disinfected your injury, ignoring your glare. He felt you tensing under his touch as he cleaned your skin.
"I could do it myself," you muttered.
"I don't doubt that."
He looked up at you and saw you rolling your eyes. He hold back a chuckle and grabbed a new clean bandage to wrap it around your wound.
"Please, don't worry me like that," he murmured.
"What did I say about speeches and lessons ?" you sighed.
"It is a request, love," he said as he finished taking care of your gash.
You looked up at him and if Vax'ildan wasn't so observant, he would have missed how your eyes softened slightly.
"Very well," you scoffed with a fake haughtiness. "Your request has been heard."
He smiled and pressed a soft kiss on your cheek. He then took your hand and led you to the bed, laughing quietly at your heatless glare.
"You'll see Pike in the morning," he said and rolled his eyes when he heard you huffing. "And it is non-negotiable."
